After the likes of Temple beats them by 50+ points, they'll wish for the Death Penalty Even as the scandal was breaking, Penn State's offense was ranked 11th in the Big 10...plus this yr they have no returning starters in the secondary...no returning starters at offensive guards or offensive tackles
