An Arapahoe County Court judge has granted a request to seal the case against James Holmes, the 24-year-old shooter who killed 12 and wounded 50 during a screening last night of "The Dark Knight Rises."
The motion, filed in Arapahoe County court, asks for the records in the case to be sealed, including search warrants, affidavits, orders and the "case file."
... disclosure of the court records would be "contrary to public interest" and "could jeopardize the ongoing investigation."

Exposes the fact that there is more to the story than what’s being spoon fed to the public through the media. The evidence counters the “lone wolf” or “tea party member” lies pushed by the DNC propaganda mills so the facts must be sealed.
It is proof that there is a wider conspiracy (involving most likely Obummer supporters), more than the shooter involved in planning (OWS clowns) and the cell phone call was from someone giving a “go” order. I didn’t think of that. Maybe they’re sealing them because they suspect there are more perpetrators involved and they don’t want them to find out what the police know. I’ve heard that police will sometimes release disinformation to throw off the suspects too.
Next we'll hear that Holmes was killled or hung himself in jail. But for the sake of the ongoing investigation, nobody will be allowed to see the body, not even the coroner.

Researching BDNF I found a common research link to PTSD or post traumatic stress disorder.
A quick run through other publications I came across a book on google that suggests that our Government is sponsoring the research on PTSD via this undergraduate program that involved Holmes.
I would imagine if his research and exposure in this area would harbor any reason to keep a lid on things...they would.
This well planned, thought out massacre, executed flawlessly, was quite complex in operation, including the rigging of the apartment, designed to kill people and blow up the entire building. The intricate trigger mechanism and simple crude explosive devices in the rigged apartment suggest a program of death to be set off by a complicated circuit board, using everyday flammable and explosive products that could be obtained easily in many commercial stores, without raising undue interest.
The playing of weird, loud music for specifically just one hour (12:00-1:00 AM) was programmed to have an innocent person come to complain, and then open an already ajar apartment door. That person would have been killed instantly and the entire building destroyed, taking more innocent lives. The cost of firepower and cost of ammunition and SWAT protective gear also suggests possible outside assistance was provided to Mr. Holmes.
IMHO, I view this dastardly attack as an outright terrorist campaign, executed by a determined, shrewd, smart terrorist or terrorist organization. I am dismayed that we, the public hear nothing about such a scenerio. I am hoping that someone in the media or talk radio raises these points. It may well be that this individual acted totally alone, but doubts remain about this being an attack of murder and terror by a mentally disturbed, “loner”!!! Where there is smoke, there is fire!!!
Probably to ensure as fair a trial as possible. Just to take the common sense approach.

Another-words, at least as it seems to me, it’s more important that this mass shooter gets a fair trial, than it is if Zimmerman gets one.
