Movie massacre suspect James Holmes remained unapologetic and irrational Saturday in a Colorado jail where his life was at risk from inmates bent on revenge.
Holmes, held under suicide watch in solitary confinement, remained in his murderous “Joker” persona after arriving at the Arapahoe Detention Center, a jailhouse worker told the Daily News.

On the suspect’s first night in jail, other prisoners serenaded him with a chant of “kid killer” — a reference to the fatal shooting of a 6-year-old girl.
“All the inmates were talking about killing him,” Wayne Medley, 24, said as he left the facility. “Everyone was looking for an opportunity. It’s all they could talk about.”

ABC News was just so DAMNED eager to tie the patriots of the "Tea Party" to an insane act of mass-murder, that Ross and Stephanopolous just couldn't stop themselves when they did a Google search and found a Jim Holmes on a Tea Party list.
Their wet dream is to connect "Tea Party" and "terrorist" as a permanent meme in the MSM.

I notice Brian Ross (child molester) hasn’t been fired yet. That tells us a lot about the corporation for which he works.
Granted, we all try to assign some rhyme or reason when senseless things happen. But this child molester was obviously looking to create news rather than report it.
They do the same with any high profile case. He’ll probably spend the est of his miserable life in solitary.
You know, I realize most of the guys in there are not stand up citizens. Hey, they have their own issues, else they wouldn’t be there. However, on this one I’d be inclined to cut then some slack, give them some no questions asked, no charges filled rec time with Mr Holmes.

Not gonna happen. He's safer and more secure than Obama's college applications and passport records. The other inmates are living in nearly as much of a fantasy world as he is. Which could be a big reason why they're jail inmates.
Once it is determined Holmes acted alone he should be shot and sent to the Creator. If it is determined he had an accomplice, the accomplice needs to be in custody and they can be shot together.
Yep, they just salivate every time a mass-killing happens, and their greatest dream is that it will be a “Tea Party terrorist,” so they can beat that meme-drum 24/7, and totally discredit small-govt constitutional patriots.
I wish they would quit talking about it and do it, for crapsake!

Think what a MAJOR cost savings could be realized......No trial, no feeding or housing him forever, etc....Just a simple “getter done” quick ending. (Another Timothy McVey method).. But then, think about the major political fodder that would be lost if he we no longer amongst the rest of us.
Once there is no possible way to connect him to Fox News; Rush Limbaugh; the Tea Party, The GOP or the NRA this guy will be put in the general population BECAUSE he is probably connected to OWS, the Dems, Obama, or the MSM.

There's no 'oddly enough' here. I've been incarcerated a few times and sometimes through all of the HELL you will see 'GOD'S JUSTICE' happen.

Inmates killing inmates does happen. He’s not safe. One bureaucratic or logistical “oops, sorry [wink]” and he’s let into the nothing-to-lose prison population.
Here’s hoping someone saves taxpayers a bundle.
There’s no excuse for squirrel abuse
A lot of prisoners have children of their own and they cannot do anything for their children while in lockup, I have always heard that they reserve a special hatred for anyone who harms children in any way. I remember years ago reading that they refer to child molesters as “short eyes” and look for any opportunity to do away with them. Maybe killing someone who harms children is a way to regain some feeling of being an alpha male.
I hate to burst a lot of peoples bubbles but this prison justice thing is a myth, it may have been true many many years ago when even crooks had some honor,but no longer I worked in four different ones in my life and most prisoners are of the same cloth period!!!
We now live in a world where prison inmates have a better sense of justice than the judicial system
Prisons are dangerous places, sad to say.

I worked in medium security prisons in two jurisdictions. I used to call it the “Crybaby Archipelago.”
I heard the World and Olympic record of 43 seconds belongs to the inmates where they kept Jeffery Dahmer, who was inadvertently let loose in the Rec yard with the general population years ago...
I think the record could be smashed if it were to happen again...
They ripped J.D. apart in a remarkable amount of time...
I don’t think the “Joker” would last 20 seconds...It would certainly save the community of Aurora a lot of money in my opinion...
