Since at least the 1964 election, the agenda-driven media in this country has aggressively promoted the Left’s favored candidates in every election while strategically targeting conservatives for destruction. A copy of the Alinsky Rules for Radicals sits in every newsroom in the country, where “journalists” employ Alinsky Methods to polarize, ostracize, ridicule, and impugn Republicans at every available opportunity. In the zeal to destroy conservative politicians, the agenda-drive media quite often reports rumors and innuendo as concrete fact. Leftist websites like Politico.com rush to be first! in reporting Republican scandals, never much worrying about being “right”.
A real double-standard’s in play when it comes to accusations made about politicians: if a Democrat’s being accused of anything, the agenda-driven media attacks the accuser, digging up any dirt it has on the person and mobilizing the Alinsky Goon Squads to annihilate this perceived opponent of the Left; if it’s a Republican who’s been accused of anything, the agenda-driven media heralds the accuser as the bravest and most courageous person on the planet for coming forward with dirt on the conservative in the race.
If you have followed Barack Hussein Obama’s meteoric rise to power, you’ve noticed that anyone asking questions about his background typically finds him or herself on the receiving end of the Alinsky Attack Machine. Any criticism of Obama is called RAAACIST! Anyone who inquires about the many mysteries surrounding his “missing years” or his activities while in college and in his early days in Chicago is called every name in the book in the efforts to discredit that questioner.
Why is that?

I dont view Republicans and conservative as the same thing...or even close. As for Alinsky, the GOP has usd that play book against conservatives only a little less than the liberals have.

Barry is a twinkie fag, and it is difficult for him to hide it, given his effeminate characteristics. Maybe it is some sort of strange commie thing, since he and Rahm both frequented a gay bathhouse in Chicago, where all the hardcore commies seemed to come together. Why else would he populate the White House with gay staff? He feels comfortable in their company.
I can say I understand the desire for those who aren't heterosexual to want the same recognition when their partner is ill or whatever--but marriage is not government, it is something from religion.

Actually, I was watching the videos and what I heard was very eerie about Obama. Not the gay issue but the cover up and using threats and the control. So, to test what I've been hearing on the videos in the link of the article I searched Google for his name there was no Wikipedia on him. So, my question has been answered. It's true. Larry Sinclair does not exist on Wiki.
It's just another example that Obama knows how to hide things and he does it even if it means using threats.

I think Rush misses this point often. Because he disses the Independents often. I’m an Independent but want nothing to do with the GOPe and am a solid conservative. I don’t have trouble making up my mind on issues, nor am I swayed by bumper stickers and rhetoric. Yet he puts me into that undecided category often. I think there is a huge difference in being a Republican and being a conservative. Perhaps that explains why I voted for an obscure Democrat, who’s name I can’t even remember, in the last election rather than casting a vote for Lindsey Graham. There is a difference. The Tea Party is the only refuge for the likes of me.

He has in the past recognized there is a difference.
I think now it’s become a habit more than anything that he uses the word “independent” for “moderate”.
Some independents (like me) see the GOP as too liberal or too much like the democrat party.
Other independents are moderates.
There may be some liberal Independents but the truth is most liberals (because of their activist tendencies) join the democrat party or something more left (if that’s possible these days).
My crystal ball predicts a longer-term separation a la the Clintoon's nauseating marriage-on-hold. There are children involved.

It depends on the state. NY has a Conservative Party. I am a member. It is small and has little power or influence. The state GOP party is pretty much worthless. They seem to be resigned to having Schumer, Rangle and other destructive libs go almost unchallenged. I can’t even remember who ran against Schumer in the last election. NY is screwed up solely because we can’t unseat the libs in the seats of power. In the event a republican actually gets into office they are liberals anyway.
