Ken Ivory gave a presentation about Utah’s HB 148 at the NM Cattlegrowers meeting in June. Very interesting talk and I visited with him for some time regarding this. We have a representative and senator who will introduce this legislation in NM this next session. Enjoy! and let me know what you think.
