Former Florida governor, Charlie Crist leaves little to the imagination in his op-ed published Friday in the Washington Post. He could not be clearer about his thoughts on Florida’s non-citizen voter purge and legal battles that have ensued as a result of Governor Scott’s willingness to stand up to the federal government. Calling the purge un-American and mean spirited the letter adds fuel to Florida’s political fires and rumor that Crist will soon be a card carrying Democrat, poised to challenge Scott in 2014.

What? I cannot imagine how removing illegal listings from a voting roster could be mean spirited. Like so many claims from the far left fringe, this seems to be babble in a different language.

Scott is getting a bad rap here in Florida because he doesn’t have the politician personality. But he’s reduced the unemployment rate from 12% to 8.6% in less than 2 years, and he’s done it while balancing the budget and not increasing taxes.
I didn’t get how he could write it with a straight face either, but then I realized he is thinking with the logic(or lack there of) of a Dem.
That is why I didn’t vote for Crist.

With the voting rolls purged of dead and illegal voters, Crist’s success seems unlikely.
There is nothing “shameless, mean spirited” about telling mean spirits that they are dead and not allowed to vote anymore. Same thing with foreign nationals. If foreigners feel the need to vote, they should go home and vote there. Crist is a dork.

Twinkletoes Crist got his ass handed to him in 2010 after losing to Rubio in the primary, and then Crist did the unthinkable, by running as an independant (democrat in reality) and even with 2 dems running against Rubio, they both lost by double digit margins. Crist would even have a worse faring for himself if he was stupid enough to run in 2014.

When President Clinton, in his last State of the Union, predicted a predominantly non-White America by the middle of this Century, it was not with regret. He welcomed the idea.
When the Democrats rallied to a man, whose formative years were spent in Indonesia, not America, as their Presidential candidate in 2008, many who reflect the mindset that I am describing, became almost orgasmic over the choice.
What we witness is the mindset of the person who desperately wants to see the very concept of the nation, race, tribe or even multi-generational community replaced with a sense of universal, interchangeable humanity. Are they traitors? Not in their eyes. Are they compulsion driven or enlightened; neurotic or rational?
I have been engaging with this type all of my life since at least my Freshman year at a very far Left college. They have no rational arguments--None! But their numbers have multiplied because so few on our side are willing to really cut to the chase & confront the underlying absurdity of the Chnalie Crists, Teddy Kennedys & the like.
This has nothing to do with whether some of those being cut from the voter roles are good or bad people. It has everything to do with whether we have the sense & intelligence required to preserve our own cultural heritage. From the history of the half century, it does not appear that we do. Gov. Scott is not "mean wpirited." Charlie Crist is in a form of all too pervasive "La La land." What is needed now, is a carefully articulated challenge to his underlying premises, by those on our side not afraid to be called a lot of nasty names.
Those nasty names are aboslutely, the only argument the Charlie Crists have.
