A man claiming to be James Holmes created a profile on a popular sex website just days before "The Dark Knight Rises" massacre ... in which he described his penis as "short/average" ... and law enforcement sources tell TMZ investigators are now looking at the site to determine its authenticity.
"Holmes" created the profile on AdultFriendFinder.com July 5 -- and included a picture of himself with reddish, orange hair ... just as officials in Aurora, CO said he looked when he was apprehended Friday morning.
"Holmes" -- who used the screen name classicjimbo -- included a cryptic message on the top of the profile which reads, "Will you visit me in prison?"
In his profile, "Holmes" says he's 6'0" and single ... with an athletic body. Note -- the FBI says Holmes is 6'3".
"Holmes" describes himself as a "light/social drinker" ... but in the section where he's asked if he smokes or does drugs, he answered, "I'd prefer not to say."

It very well could be him, but the nose on the left picture is much more pointy
There is a barrel distortion effect in the photo where his face is very close to his cheap webcam, which tends to exaggerate the image from the center out.

In the top half of the print on the wall behind him it looks like a face half-black on the left/bottom and half-white on the right/top with two white eyes. Could this be a movie poster of some kind?
Well, that explains it. He met someone online who didn’t look at all like the picture she posted and it sent him over the edge. Happens all the time.
I guess that blows the normal, shy, average doctoral student theory. The conspiracy theorists are going crazy already and Chief Oates (sp?) and Gov. Hickenlooper are preparing the ground for anti-gun legislation.
I read at Scientific America the idea that the “mirror neurons” that normally permit empathy and compassion can also permit a troubled person to visualize the pain and agony the wish to inflict. They speculated that the Tucson killer’s mind warped in this manner. He is likely reliving and enjoying his kills. This Holmes creep sure was not anxious to die himself. He may have done this purely for the twisted fame and to be able to relive his “exploits”.
Orange hair doesn’t mean anything. Lots of U/T students have orange hair. That’s Tennessee or Texas.

I agree. I went to UT in Austin. Then went to Tex A&M and the girls were so much prettier. I never saw any purple hair at A&M

The purple made her hair look more grey than lavender (blue was the best of the colors).

Need to correct myself. I didn’t atttend A&M, I moved there and noticed, naturally, all the pretty co-eds then thought back to U of Tex and the purple haired women.
