America may be facing a constitutional crisis. Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., has made a startling declaration: President Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent. If true — and I stress if — then this scandal dwarfs Watergate. In fact, it would be the greatest political scandal in U.S. history.
Recently, Sheriff Arpaio held a news conference. He said that his team of independent investigators — composed of former law enforcement officials and reporters — have for months meticulously examined the computer-generated birth certificate that Mr. Obama revealed to the public in April 2011. Their stunning conclusion: The document is a forgery. His chief investigator, Mike Zullo, says that the document is full of errors and omissions.

Sheriff Arpaio’s findings threaten to plunge America into an unprecedented crisis. For if — and again, I emphasize if — he is correct, then Mr. Obama has perpetrated the most elaborate hoax in U.S. history. A fraudulent birth certificate would mean that Mr. Obama is ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief. His presidency would therefore be legally and constitutionally illegitimate.

Once he is out of office he loses the protection of the Constitution and any prosecutor with jurisdiction can prosecute him.
Since the fraud was perpetrated under the electoral laws of each of the 50 states, as well as being a violation of federal law, any local district attorney and any U.S. attorney in any of the 50 states could seek an indictment (or, depending on local law, file an information) against Obama.
Obama is getting away with all kinds of Constitutional violations.

You know he posted an obvious photoshopped picture on his Facebook. Then he posted the forged birth certificate. Perhaps he’s trying to speed up the arrival of the truth so that all can be cleared for him before he ends his second term.
I think the possibility exists that the secret on the birth certificate is the true identity of the birth father. Stanley Ann obviously got around, and her choices were not traditional for the times.

I did too until I heard about the possible stolen SSNs - who your dad is does not determine whether or not you get a legit social security card but where you were born would.
During his first year I always assumed he was hiding his BC simply to show America that we don’t need no stinking Constitution. I really did not buy into any fraud or that he may have been born outside the USA. I just figured he was trying to nullify the Constitution by defying it.
But after he released that forged BC on the White House website my suspicions grew. That went beyond just trying to nullify the Constitution. It was then that I figured there must have been something he was ashamed of. Like perhaps his real father.
But after seeing how this man has run this nation, his philosophy and obvious hatred for the United States along with stolen SSN I have grown very suspicious on where this man came from and why he hides so much.
I’ll bet the LDS Tabernacle in Salt Lake City has copies also.
In a perfect world it shouldn't matter - if the evidence came to light during his presidency, the House and Senate would impeach and remove him and then he would immediately be handed over to a US Attorney who would prosecute him before a jury and see to it that he is convicted and locked up.
And if it came to light after his presidency, then it would go straight to the US Attorney who would prosecute him.
As a practical matter whether he would be better off having it happen during or after his presidency depends on your take on the prevailing winds.
I could see it playing out that if during his presidency overwhelming, undeniable evidence forced the House and Senate to act, that the powers that be would conclude that the humiliation of being removed from office is punishment enough for Obama and he is not thereafter brought up for criminal charges in the courts.
And if it happened after his presidency, the "let's just move on" sentiment would likely be very strong and the outcome might well be just to let it go.
And if the “let’s just move on” sentiment prevails in the House and Senate does that mean no state AG could prosecute him?
In that case Obama would be wise to avoid travel in the red states.
Sounds to me like if the brither’s suspicions are correct and it does come out... Obama’s F’ed!

I took the time to watch the press conference, and the fact that Obama’s BC is possibly a fraud, in a very big way, was not the high point of what they discovered. At no time during the conference did they even get close to accusing Obama of altering, or knowingly, having altered the BC. Just that it is not credible for identification purposes. Let those chips fall where they may.
The huge issue was the discovery that Hawaii has been issuing these certificates to just about anyone, as a tax paying RESIDENT and not citizen, who presented one no matter where in the world the child was born. This is still going on today and has been since before Hawaii became a state. They even found a government letter acknowledging the fact while the focus of the letter was on a different topic.
So the big question should have not been directly focused on Obama’s BC but instead asking how many people were given citizenship to this country using the process they discovered. The alarming issue to me is how many Soviet, or other nefarious interests, plants are now citizens because of the back door missing in Hawaii?

If the birth certificate is accepted widely as a forged, not real document, the democrats will solve the problem extra-constitutionally. A trial and impeachment proceedings would be a dirty mess and an instant, clean solution to the Obama problem will be utilized.

No, you misunderstand. Obama is NOT Constitutionally legitimate, therefore he could technically be arrested as a fraud or impostor. An illegitimate pretender has no legitimate reason to enjoy a Constitutional protocol he does not qualify for. That being said, I don’t expect the Secret Service or Washington establishment to allow Obama to be arrested, but from a Constitutional standpoint, there’s no reason he cannot be.
O.K. I get the scenario. If a POTUSA were to openly or by preponderance of evidence known to shoot, knife or by whatever means commit murder, POTUSA would have to be impeached and removed from office before being tried before a jury of his/her peers for the crime of murder. This seems to be a convoluted procedure for justice and not how the ‘common’ person would be treated. I don’t believe a POTUSA with the public and political support of a person as for Obama would ever be impeached and removed from office for whatever crime and as such is shielded from equal justice. The “Obama birth certificate” is a forgery, fabricated out of whole cloth on a computer.

Maybe, maybe not as specifically defined by whatever set of laws specifically defines “high crimes”. I suspect not as it is generally classified as a misdemeanor in check forgery and document forgery, but I do not know for sure. (IANAL) It (the classification as to misdemeanor or felony) may have to do with the amount of money involved in the fraud.
But my main point is that even if it is a high crime, it is only an impeachable offense if one can prove that it was 0bama himself who either performed the graphic manipulation of the BC or uploaded it to the WH website, possibly both. See what I mean? If 0bama manipulated the image (unlikely) or uploaded it himself (unlikely) EVEN THEN, he was already president at the time the document was offered, thus he can’t be said to have proffered the fake BC in order to promulgate a fraud, though one could say he (or his directee) proffered the doc to *continue* a fraud. But as I said, he himself didn’t do this; most likley, a staffer did so. And now one would have to prove that he, 0bama, specifically directed the staffer(s) to create and upload the doc. You think the directions to do so exist in some documentable, obtainable-on-subpena format? IMO the best one could hope for in the event this was prosecuted (as a crime) would be the firing of “an overenthusiastic staff member”...like the kind of devotee(s) who produced the Julia thingy.
If you start thinking like a weasel, there are a dozen ways to separate the act of presenting the BC from the intention to defraud. And EVEN THEN, one would have to prove damages from having been duped by the BC, and that’s an impossible equivocal morass.
The law does not apply itself. There’s no mysterious force of righteousness or legality seeking to impose conformance with the law. Never mind the biases and partisanships on either side which could never be overcome to gather the prosecutorial force and will to pursue such a case. If you want to prove to me that gravity exists and makes stuff fall “down”, I can make it very, very hard for you by refusing to accept your definition of “down”, of “mass”, of “fall”.

Stipulating.... Even so, there is no immunity from prosecution for fraud and forgery. These acts where not performed in pursuance of official duties - there is no immunity.

Murder (not killing - as in self defense) is not anything that can be done in pursuance of the duties of office. Acts done in the pursuance of official duties may have immunity, these are official acts. There is no immunity for other acts.
Whether impeached or not would be moot, he would be prosecuted for murder.
