A Sheriff of a major county in the United States conducted a thorough and formal investigation regarding President Obama's birth record.
They provided substantial evidence today in a public news conference saying the birth record is fraudulent.
Yet not a word from the White House.
In fact in the news conference Sheriff Arpaio stated: "President Barack Obama's birth certificate is definitely fraudulent", which they then provided detailed evidence.
How is it possible, with all the resources available to the White House, including an army of attorneys, advisers, researchers and spokespersons, not a single word refuting the evidence laid out today?
These are extremely serious allegations, backed up by evidence, broadcasted in an open public news conference today.
If the evidence Arpaio and his investigators provided were false, misleading or inaccurate, would it not be very easy for the White House with all their available resources, to deny or refute the evidence?
Why the silence?
Can we expect President Obama and his administration to publicly refute or disprove this evidence?
If not, why not?
The GOP better be on this.
Of course they will. They’ll attack Arpaio, they’ll ridicule his investigators, they’ll call him names, they’ll accuse him of wasting money.
But they won’t address a single point addressed. They can’t.

The White House is hoping this will go away & they are getting a lot of help from the media who ignore it as usual.
Here's a question that's been in my head but before I pose it I want you to know that I'm behind Sheriff Joe and his findings.
How is it that the White House would have allowed that PDF file go public with it being so obvious that it's a fake?
Are they not technologically savoy enough to know whether all tracks have been covered before posting that?
And the person who created it. Was this his way of doing the job he was getting paid for but figured if he kept it in layers and did not put it together in a jpg he was covered and it would not be considered "forgery" since the layers are separate?
What was going on in the minds of the WH and of the forger?
Obama will not submit that “LFBC” to a state or federal civilian court of law. Nor will he submit it to a military court, but rather let LtCol Lakin go to Leavenworth.
All this for a $12 document.
Rather, he spends thousands and thousands of $$$$$ on lawyers fees to fight doing so.
Why is that?
Because that “document” is not real. It is a hacked-together fake that does not exist in the real world.
And that’s why they’re afraid to enter it into a court of law.

And it is proven beyond a doubt that BHO is not a citizen and should have never been president, what does that mean.

Sometimes I question that. Not 100% of the time but sometimes I wonder.
Before 2010 I wondered if maybe the reason for not releasing his birth certificate was because:
A) He wanted the republicans to run on this issue and just before the elections he would come out with it (a real one) and then the republicans would be left without an issue the weekend before the election.
Or
B) This was just his way to nullify the US Constitution and send a message that we are all Americans until proven otherwise.
Or Both A & B
Or
C) He either had something to hide or had no birth certificate at all from within the country.
As time went on and seeing what this man has done as President and the things he says I tended to believe the answer is probably C and the second part of C (not of America).
But still, as I see him talk about Romney "having something to hide" he's a "felon" and "Romney needs to release his documents". What? is Obama trying to get the Birther issue going full throttle again?
This man is the oddest duck I've ever seen in the WH. Something's just not right.
I want to see this Birther issue cleared up even if it's after the election and even if Obama loses. And justice served.
At least Sheriff Joe is doing his job......keep it in the news for the next few months and let it create more doubt with voters about the fraud that is Obama.

Most of us agree with you 100%. Others, including many FReepers say it doesn't matter, move on, it's just a distraction.
To me, the rule of law is not a "distraction." If this whole mess causes a "constitutional crisis," then so be it. Hopefully we'll get it straightened out and get our Republic back to basics.
The public would have accepted even a worse document. It's not obvious that the document is a fake. The forgers were not professionals, and they couldn't think that someone else would be smarter than them.

It's not just a matter of technology, it's (now) a matter of history and of social interactions. If some JBTs show up at a house of a 90 year old retiree what can they ask? "Does this BC looks like a fraud to you?" They don't even have the right question to ask. The same applies to layers. They could walk into a printer shop, but they didn't know what to ask other than "do you see anything suspicious in this here true copy of a HI BC?" That would have required a messy cleanup after the question is asked.

It was a sloppy job all around, done by a Photoshop user who had only a general idea of what he is doing. The little details of inner workings of the software were all mystery to the forger. The administration is full of 3rd rate people. The admission criteria are not what you think they should be. Besides, on what level of confidence, how close to The Body this person has to be to be trusted with such a job? If I were in Obama's shoes I would have only two candidates who I could trust without reservation, and that would be myself or my wife. Nobody else. Nobody else with half a brain would even sign up to do this job, lest they want to end up suddenly dead from natural causes.
The most important reason, though, why they didn't try harder is because they didn't expect a popular revolt. Every person of importance in the party, and in the Congress, had to be either aware or blind. They didn't care much either, as long as they have a suitable sock puppet with the required albedo. In essence, The People were ignored - "those commoners and peasants don't matter." Judges repeatedly ruled that voters "have no standing" to challenge the rights of modern patricians.
It's got to be a typical Republican congressman.
Did you hear the hostile questions from the press posed to Arpaio and the detective who gave the presentation? If only they could be that hostile with Obama.

When I do graphic art design for someone, I send them everything in PDF form so any text, graphic or background color can be modified easily. My guess is that the “artist” sent the file to be approved and the receiving party, not knowing anything about layers, approved it and ran with it.
I agree. Great theory of why the form was not finished correctly... I've had several statewide pdf forms go from draft to final and posted online without being finalized by me.

Not to mention the fact that in Hawaii, as long as the parents live there, they will be able to obtain a valid birth certificate no matter where the baby was born.
And, the twins born after him have a higher birth number than he does.

We cannot pick and choose which parts of the Constitution matter and which parts do not. If we allow this to happen (and the republican controlled Congress is doing just that) who’s to say the pResident will not push the envelope and sign an EO banning all handguns? I mean, why is that more important than anything else in the Constitution?

John Boehner needs to go. Sadly, Obama has been allowed to do more damage under this House than he did under Pelosi. And that’s very telling. There’s such a pile on Boehner’s desk now that it would take decades to go through it.

Something I did not get from Sheriff Joe’s conference was anything about the forger. What I mean is, The Globe and what was written about a person of interest.
I remember hearing them mentioned at the news conference something about a person of interest but they didn’t say why.
If nothing else, it doesn’t matter if Bammy was born to somebody American, like FMD or whomever.
What matters is the the WH has put out a complete fraud of a document that cannot be backed up by Hawaii.
At that is enough to impeach this clown and all his cohorts at the DNC including Pelosi for signing those eligibility documents.
He said her signature may have been pulled from another document from around the same time and cropped into forged document.
Obama isn’t refuting because he knows he has the whole country scared witless. He’s in effect saying: “So what are you going to do”? The coup d’etat is complete, the country is on the road to being run by the UN (the muslims and the communists).

Well stated...right to the point and truthful. The Obama admin cannot come out and claim either the BC posted on the Whitehouse website genuine or fraudulent. Because either way they respond they are admitting to a crime.

I think, along with many others, that the whole reason for not taking Obama and the DNC to the woodshed is because they think the black community would riot. At this point I think the black community is so “over” the pigmented Whitehouse occupier, very few would cause a ruckus. Given the fact that many democrats are distancing themselves from Obama and rightfully concerned about their re-election chances this fall, they better start doing the right thing...soon or the democrat party is going to be decimated.
