Arpaio indicated he’s ready for Congress or some other official body to take up the investigation, at least as regards Hawaii’s lax attitude toward potential immigrants’ requests for documentation. He said that virtually anyone who is a legal resident of Hawaii for at least a year can receive a birth certificate for himself or another person. I think that’s what was said.
I would say impeachment, but I can’t imagine them tackling that right now. Too many of them feel they need more time to be in their districts until November.
However, impeachment by the House should be its second order of business in January, right after repeal of Obamacare. The House should not be dissuaded on either initiative by what it thinks the Senate might do. If a guarantee of a positive Senate action is required by the House for anything, nothing will ever be done. The fact of impeachment can create its own momentum.
And, I don’t think the articles of impeachment should be confined to the birth certificate issue. There are plenty of other grounds, too.

If I were the sheriff, I'd file to have Obama removed from the ballots. As he is considered to be ineligible to be on the ballot - the logical thing to do would be to remove him from the Arizona political system.

Now that Maricopa Sheriff’s Department has determined that the Obama Birth Certificate is definitely fraudulent, Arpaio will present the evidence to the county prosecutor who will rush the evidence to a Grand Jury and the Grand Jury will indict Obama for forgery and Obama will be impeached.
If Joe has good security, nothing will happen.

It also proves that Obama’s attorneys and those in Hawaii that saw Obama’s Birth Certificate were well aware that what Obama posted, was not what they provided to him. On April 27, 2011, NBC reporter Savannah Guthrie took a picture of Obama’s Birth Certificate. That photo shows the document, at that time, said Obama was born in “Huwaii”. That misspelling was “corrected” before copies were released to the press and for downloading by the public.

I followed the live thread this afternoon. The mainstream media will ignore this story, even though they had reporters in the room.
However, the questions surrounding the authenticity of the document(s) are certainly increasing, in both frequency and in volume. There are already too many questions which are unanswered, about too many important facts regarding the POTUS, and thus by extension regarding American history. And our future.
The implications of a fraudulent President cannot be counted.
If we got a conservative candidate to get the nomination they would take that threat seriously but not with their friend Romney, Those involved are sleeping with no worry on their mind. This is all by designed - they started clearing the path of any conservative Patriot in '08.

Those idiots won't even hold impeachment hearings to discuss these matters so at least there is a public record. Whether Sheriff Joe is right or not is irrevelant. Meanwhile, let us not allow our eyes to stray off the bigger issues: rejecting LOST, the UN Small Arms Treaty, or the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Sheriff Arpaio should bring the information to a Grand Jury and get an indictment in absentia. Indict the son-of-a-bitch. Set the courts on him. Get him to be judged by a jury of his peers. If nothing else, it gives Romney a very nice talking point and segue when the debates come.....Well Berry, What is the story about your indictment due to your fraud, conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to deny citizen their voting rights....and anything else they can think of. It would make an interesting election cycle.

There was more information from other persons that was not released but that Arpaio will turn over to Congress if Congress or “someone” agrees to take up the national security ramifications of Hawaii’s policy of easy-to-obtain birth certificates by non-US citizens.
They say their investigation at this time shows the Obama birth certificate is a false document and that some people in the White House, not necessarily Obama, knew it was faked.

I personally met a woman who did exactly that in the 60s. Her baby was born at home in Honolulu. She took the baby to the doctor for a check-up and the nurse told her to get a birth certificate.
She went to the county, told them when and where the kid was born (no attending physician) and got a birth certificate a month after the kid was born.
She could have said anything. It didn't matter.
