Makers versus takers.
Obama lying and pandering to the takers.
Doesn’t take much “Galting” from the Makers to starve the Takers (a fact they don’t realize).
Couple days ago I was explaining this to my favorite Leftist. He was arguing in favor of the Obama’s “end Bush tax cuts on the rich” using the example of a Wall Street lawyer making a half-million a year. I ran the numbers and showed that said lawyer, instead of working an extra week to cover the tax increase, could just decide to take two weeks of unpaid vacation (hey, he can afford it, right?) and completely eliminate the expected additional tax revenue.
The Takers are in for a big shock when their demands grow too much. That goose can stop laying golden eggs with ease and comfort.
He lies and panders to both, you know.
You can always tell which group he is talking to by the inflection in his voice. Interesting.
