WMR has been told by knowledgeable sources that Obama has, in the past, traveled on at least three passports: U.S., Indonesian, and British. BIC also maintained a European subsidiary, Business International S.A., in Geneva.

BIC had long been associated with CIA activities since being founded by Eldridge Haynes, a self-professed liberal Democrat. The BIC headquarters was located at the prestigious address of 1 Dag Hammarskjold Plaza in Manhattan.

BIC held a series of off-the-record, no press, meetings between top U.S. business executives and top government officials, including the President, and the Secretaries of State, Defense, Treasury, Commerce, and Labor; the Attorney General, Senate leadership, and the heads of the Export-Import Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. BIC held international meetings in locations like Brussels and Mexico City.

In 1986, BIC was bought by the Economist Group in London and its operations were merged with the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU). There have been a number of reports that the EIU works as closely with Britain’s MI-6 intelligence service as BIC once worked with or for the CIA.
One of BIC’s directors was the late Lord Pilkington, who was also a director of the Bank of England. Obama’s work for a company having ties to the CIA barely registered a blip on the 2008 presidential campaign radar screen. At the very least, Obama helped in providing economic intelligence to the CIA as a contract employee. At most, Obama was, like previous BIC employees who operated abroad for the CIA, a full-fledged non-official cover (NOC) agent.

Since President Obama has backpedaled on CIA renditions and torture, as well as warrantless electronic surveillance by U.S. intelligence, he owes the American people a full explanation of the circumstances behind his being hired by BIC, what his job actually entailed, and whether he continued to have a relationship with BIC or any other CIA operation while attending Harvard Law School and thereafter.

HIPAA does not cover the records of a deceased person. Stanley Ann Dunham is supposedly deceased. The log is only a log of the names of women taken into the delivery room. That’s it, according to what Zullo said. There’s NO REASON not to release this log book to the Cold Case Posse, given that Zullo also said that it was in the hospital library, which is ordinarily open to the public. If HIPAA covers the names of deceased women who gave birth in 1961, then it would cover the vital records that were sent on a regular basis to be printed in newspapers as PUBLIC RECORD. It’s already published information, if it relates to 1961. The Health Dept. ALREADY published it in the newspapers because the HOSPITALS already sent the names to the Health Dept., which PUBLISHED THE NAMES in the newspapers. HIPAA also does not protect the names of people currently IN the hospital. Otherwise, of what use is the information desk, where one goes to find out the room of someone s/he wants to visit? Have you ever called the hospital to be connected to a patient’s room? Do they not connect you? That gives out the “name” of the person in the hospital. Again, there’s NO PRIVACY interest in the name of a person who was taken into delivery in 1961. I got the entire medical record, including pathology reports, of an ancestor. The person is deceased. The records were available upon request.

The stuff about the notation is obviously false, because they're using the 1968 guide. We've been over this before. It's not new. The guide used at the time of Obama's birth uses the number 9 for "Other Nonwhites," not "unstated."

The Kenya theory is just a red herring, preserved by the fact that Obama used to go around telling people he was born in Kenya. The evidence simply doesn't work.

Barack Sr's INS information indicates He never made a trip to Kenya until he left the United States in 1964. Had he made a trip to Kenya in 1961, it would have been listed in his documents. Barack sr. also was so broke that he had to work picking pineapples in the summer of 1961 just to afford his living expenses. His father didn't pay for it because he HATED the idea of Barack being involved with a non-luo woman, and Madelyn Dunham didn't pay for it either because she was mortified of what might happen to her daughter if she went there.

Any theory which has Ann Dunham/Obama going to Kenya by herself is absolute nonsense. If Ann went anywhere to have her baby it is either Northwest Washington State, or it was Canada. Her Uncle Ralph Dunham lived in Northwest Washington in 1961, and her Aunt Eleanor Berkebile lived in Newfoundland Canada in 1959. An embarrassing pregnancy always got sent to live with relatives in 1961.

I personally think that if she was sent to live with either relative, the odds are that she took advantage of Canada's free hospital care. This theory is far better supportable by the known facts than is a birth in Kenya.

Back in those days, 9 or all 9s were used as filler for data fields left blank, especially for numeric fields that had to be filled with numbers. Ordinarily, a 9 meant a null field. It occurs to me that the numbers Verna coded might have been codes used by the Hawaiian Dept. of Health for their internal statistics. That may be why they have so many different codes specifically separating out the various ethnic groups typically found in Hawaii. There’s another part of a birth certificate that we never see—that’s the part with the medical information, such as how many pregnancies a mother had, how many children born alive, how many born dead, how many miscarriages, etc. If you look at the pdf Kleon linked, that has some of that private data. That seems to be the part of the birth record that was coded for the national statistics. If the codes we see on Obama’s so-called birth certificate are for Hawaiian use only, that might explain why they’re on the record. Daily Pen pointed out that the federal government had coded and transmitted to them only birth certificates with an even birth certificate number. So Obama’s shouldn’t have HAD codes in the first place.

And that indicates that the number of the certificate belonged to Virginia Sunahara, who was born in the hospital that was located in the region for which Verna K LEE was the Local Registrar. That number and sequence has nothing to do with where ZERO was born. He showed up in Hawaii when he was two plus years of age, remember?

That may be so. They might have started with what his lawyer brought from Hawaii, but they might have started with a template that they got from someone else’s birth certificate. We’ve seen that they didn’t even have a copy of the short form to pass out a year ago April. They got that from Snopes (which got their copy, apparently, from Polarik’s photobucket). They could have used the Nordyke’s as a template, but probably not, if they had a copy with 9’s next to those fields. Daily Pen pointed even more important information. That there are other codes to the left side of the record, over near the curved edge, near what looks like the binding. Those codes indicate, according to Daily Pen, that the location of the birth was outside a hospital and even outside the country! What would help is if someone had a link to an online version of these codes. Daily Pen provides cropped images from the publication and Zullo talked about the source (or his video did), but nobody makes it easy for anybody to verify it independently.

We always suspected that that image was fabricated. This is just more proof.

I finally caught up with all the comments here but it took me nearly all afternoon, as I kept getting distracted. Anyway, the reason I talked about 9 being typically a code for a null field (other than that it’s true, something I know from long experience):

Verna Lee said that for the race of the father, 9 meant “unstated”. For the other field, the type of business where he was “employed”, 9 again meant “unstated”. So if any field was left blank (unstated), then they’d code it as a 9. It means the same thing in both cases: the field wasn’t filled in.

The pdf that Kleon supplied seems to be speaking about the coding of that section of the birth certificate that is usually not shown on certified copies. There are other documents online that do show race codes and they don’t exactly match what Kleon’s file shows, so they may be from two separate coding systems.

I lean towards the evidence provided by Verna, because she’s the person who signed Obama’s record (if you believe it’s real. They could have copied her signature onto that image in the pdf.) She worked there at the time and was responsible for seeing that the coding was done correctly.

You’re probably right that at this point I don’t know what I’m talking about. :)

I saw the video, but a real question has come up if they had the 1961 codes or later codes..it makes a big difference. there is more that needs to be investigated to resolve this issue alone. I am doubtful she would remember the difference between 1961 and 1968 codes...unless Hawaii had their own codes and why was obies cert coded anyway what is the answer to that?

Under Hawaii's Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, ... not necessarily a U.S. citizen, but any out-of-state, or foreign-born person, ... and then pay taxes there for One Year ... to be able to register and receive an official Hawaii birth certificate.

But we knew that requirements to get a HI birth certificate were unbelievably liberal well before the Arpaio investigation. So that part of the press conference shouldn't have shocked anyone who had been following the Obama BC issue diligently beforehand.

I would agree with you on that - the wider the audience the better, generally speaking. I did acknowledge in my earlier post here (#142) that the Arpaio investigation, although not coming up with much astonishing when viewed in the light of previous investigations, gives findings the official imprimatur of a law enforcement agency, which is likely to influence some people who previously were unsure about the birth certificate issue.
