Thanks for the ping. But it is apparent now that there is no halting the criminal destruction of federalism rule by Constitution. The pirate Roberts was placed at the head of the SCOTUS for reason now evident yet not comprehended by the dumbed down public. The methods for altering the Constitution are too difficult to overcome given the decades of work to divide the American sovereigns so they can be ruled as subjects, so the real powers that be running America have chosen to just amend by fiat of judicial ruling and executive order. he state of Hawaii is a criminal enterprise of great use to these anti-American federalism bastards. Since they never lived together after a supposed wedding it all seems “off” in timing. The girlfriends account of her not knowing how to care for him at the start of the school year is the only firm date, could it be a cover?

It is my understanding that HIPAA was created because Bill Clinton has Herpes. He resented the White House Doctor asking him what he needed a specific prescription for. He fired the Doctor, and appointed one of his own. (This was during the Transition period when Bush's White House doctor was still there.)

Clinton was very sensitive about all the nasty diseases he carried, and so he pushed for legislation making the disclosure of medical information illegal. (Also AIDS patients represent a big chunk of the Democrat party.)

That’s the basic thesis of Joel Gilbert’s new film “Dreams From My Real Father.” Gilbert believes Obama’s maternal grandfather Dunham was CIA and that he worked out a deal with the Kenyan Obama that would be mutually beneficial to both. Beause FMD was a high ranking commie continuously watched by the U.S. government, Dunham couldn’t afford for it to get out that FMD impregnated his daughter, so he convinced Obama to pretend to be the father. He presents the Kenyan Obama as this foreign guy Dunham happened to know through his work.

I don’t buy every detail of Gilbert’s theory, but the video was worth watching. It would be particularly instructive for those who have not kept up with all of the various components of the Obama eligibility/nativity investigations. Gilbert’s central thesis—FMD=Barry’s father—is fairly convincing. But even if “Uncle Frank” wasn’t the biological father, we know he was a major influence on Barry. The film will be eye opening for those with no idea what a filthy anti-American commie Davis was.

A couple of misc things:

1) FWIW, Gilbert believes the real birth certificate said “Father Unknown.”

2) Corsi has speculated that Ann Dunham went to Kenya to have the baby to give creedance to their Obama birth father story. Then again, just yesterday on Peter Boyles show he admitted he couldn’t be certain she was even the mother.

3) If Gilbert is correct about Grandpa Dunham being CIA (he’s not the first to say that), it explains why Ann Dunham had a 1960 passport that needed to be renewed in 1965. By 1960 she had already lived overseas. The 1960 passport was probably a renewal, too.

Thats is about the best explanation that I have heard. I was told that it was to prevent health insurance companies from finding out people had AIDs and denying them coverage for a pre-existing condition. Of course that doesn’t make much sense because the insurance companies still find out about everything. I think your explanation makes more sense.

It was not uncommon in my day—when 17 year old or so girls—disappeared out of the blue from school to not know what this meant. Especially since they were “whisked” away without even a goodbye. If “Karen” wasn’t in school for days on end, you knew what was up.

I have no doubt Obama’s mother wasn’t shipped off—it was common practice in those days. It was an embarrassment to the family. It was a way to try to save face and prevent one’s daughter of being labeled a ‘slut’.

This was for an ordinary unwed pregnancy. How much more powerful would the motivation have been for a pregnancy involving a black man in 1961? I would argue that such a thing would make it even MORE likely to ship the girl off to have the baby, but where do you think they would have shipped her?

To relatives, of course. Ann Dunham had two relatives to which she could have been shipped off. Ralph Dunham, living in North West Washington State, and Aunt Eleanor Birkebeile who was living in Newfoundland Canada in 1959, and later living in Blaine Washington. (Right on the Border with Canada.)

I would argue that Stanley Ann would have been far more likely to have been sent to the Aunt rather than the Uncle, because a Woman would be far more understanding and able to give emotional support. I suspect that Ann Dunham/Obama had her child in Canada, and that she was intending to give him up for adoption (As discussed in the INS letter) but no one wanted to take a half black child. As a result she stuck with him to make sure he was safe. (As motherly instinct compelled her to do.)

She phoned her mother who got her a Hawaiian birth registration, and she decided to attend the University of Washington. After a year in Washington, she came back home and everyone made the most of the situation.

This is my current leading theory as to what actually happened, and it fits with every piece of information of which I am aware. It also makes more sense than the "official" theory.

Do you know the history of the tuxedo? For those who don’t, a century or so ago people with money used to dress for dinner wearing tails. One man who had a home in Tuxedo, NY had his tailor cut the tails off - similar to the smoking jackets he saw in England, IIRC. The idea caught on. The tails (with white gold) remained formal and the ‘tux’ (with yellow gold) became semi-formal. Thanks! And no I didn't know all that about the tuxedo. It's a nickname I had back when I used to wear bowties a lot.

Get off this! This is absurd and it just makes people look stupid when they say this. George Romney was born in Mexico, but he was born as an American Citizen. He is just as much of an American citizen as he would have been if he had been naturalized. As a result of George Romney being an American Citizen, his Son, (Who was born in the United States) is a "natural born" American Citizen.

Stop repeating the garbage that Romney is not qualified. It makes people think we are all Nuts. There are a dozen reason's to hate Romney, but this is not one of them. I don't like him either, but i'm not going to make up sh*t just to torpedo him.

How do you feel now that his publisher’s biography of him lists Kenya as his place of birth? Care to admit you were wrong about this?

I’m not suggesting Obama was born in Kenya. I find that notion to be completely unsupportable by the evidence, but I do believe that for years, Obama TOLD people he was born in Kenya.

Hawaii is not protecting Obama so much as it is protecting the integrity of the birth certificates it issues.

And I think this is a key observation. I have read several articles alleging that Hawaii perpetuates an industry of creating birth certificates for people not born in the United States and it is being used as a back door to grant foreigners American citizenship without having to go through the naturalization process.

Hawaii has apparently been playing this game since the very beginning, and if they admit their birth certificate cannot be trusted for Obama, they may involuntarily endanger all the rest of the fraudulent birth certificates they've issued in the last 50 years.

Hawaii has reasons BEYOND Obama to block any inquiry into his vital documents.
