Comedian Sarah Silverman has made an “indecent proposal” to “scissor” Las Vegas billionaire Sheldon Adelson if he will donate his money to President Barack Obama and not Willard Mitt Romney. Sheldon Adelson, is listed in Forbes as the eighth wealthiest American.
