Also released is the statement of "Witness 9," a woman who says Zimmerman is prejudiced against blacks and that he molested her when she was a child.

I was eight yrs older than my late wife, too. Figured she would outlive me by twenty +, she being clean-living and diligent and me having lived a life that would scare hell out of me if our sons had lived one like it.
That's what she wanted when she was a teenager as well, but apparently did not grow out of it.
She comes off as a teenage girl who was upset that her boyfriend interest did not ultimately marry her, and this is her way of getting back at him.
If she thinks what went on before in her teenage years was molestation, wait until the MSM and Crump team and the state prosecutor all get finished with her.
I think what they're really trying to do is remove his self-confidence to the point that he is open to a plea bargain.

This molestation dump, is so brazen and prejudicial that it seems any reasoned judge would toss the prosecutor off the case and charge them with contempt. And that’s at the very minimum. It seems to verge on being a criminal act in and of itself.
If it was actionable, then they should have filed a separate case. If it wasn’t, airing the unsubstantiated claim at this point in the process, seems an intentional attempt to convict this guy in the press.
They won’t be happy until this guy is shot dead.
Talk about a kangaroo court.
If the judge does nothing about this, then he’s a part of the problem. It really does officially cast doubt on Zimmerman’s ability to get a fair trial.
There have been other things too that pointed in this direction, but this is the icing on the cake for me. Wow.

Zimmerman cannot get a fair trial with this kind of stuff. you’re absolutely right that this case needs to be tossed. This is not justice, this is someone ramming an agenda through at Zimmerman’s expense.
Angela Corey should be ashamed of herself for this kind of unethical behavior. But, this is what I’ve come to expect from these types of people. They know no bounds of decency.

And the statement that Z’s FAMILY only likes black people who act like white people, what the hell is that??? Why is it even his family and not him personally?
And the quote doesn’t support the claim that Z is “prejudiced” against black people.

None of this has any relevance to this case and yet this is Judge Lester’s rationale for releasing this woman’s statement:
“In this Court’s opinion, application of the McCrary test requires the disclosure of this statement. The public discussion relating to this case indicates that the Defendant’s attitude towards race may be an issue at trial. Adding this statement to the discourse will simply be another piece of the puzzle to be relied upon by those who want to believe that there was a racial motive to the shooting, and will be dismissed by those who claim there is no such motive.”

It’s hard to tell who is in less touch with reality: Witless #9 or Lack of Judgment Lester.
The judge is definitely part of the problem.
Remember before the 2nd bond hearing there was an article about Lester’s son going to school with Shellie Dean Zimmerman? People were asking/demanding he be removed from the case. There is a judge the “People”, well Team Skittles, want and it ain’t Lester.

This is pathetic. Angela Corey and Judge Lester should both be charged with libel for putting this crap out there.
I think this is going to blow up in the state's face. This woman has nothing to offer for this case and her claim that Mrs. Z was racist because she opposed Obama makes her look like a political dingbat as well as a vindictive spurned girlfriend.
Zimmerman's legal team tried to protect her from the molestation by the MSM and Crump Scheme Team that she will now endure. And Corey and Lester who were anxious to release this will both take the blame.
I have thought he was too, from what I’ve been hearing.

Having been on a jury within the last six months, I can vouch for the fact that jurors do keep things in mind that they shouldn’t.
The comments of Witness 9 will undoubtedly contribute to the development of a perception regarding who Zimmerman is.
Some people WILL go into that jury pool thinking Zimmerman is a child molester. That will contribute to their thinking process.
One lady in the jury pool I was involved with, stated: “Any charge that a man has committed a sex crime upon them by a woman, is 100% true and never false.”
At least this woman was up front about it. As stupid as that belief is, some people believe it and won’t be honest about it.
Some jurors will be seated that think Zimmerman is a child molester, and that his character is so bad, that he must be guilty of the offense he is being tried for.

Zimmerman isn’t the only person/thing being set up here. This case will linger for a decade as this trial is appealed, struck down, and prosecuted again. Zimmerman could at some point come to the conclusion it would have been better if Trayvon had killed him.

The lady who ran the Sexual Assault Victims’ Advocate office said something similar during a First Sergeant’s meeting. Everyone in the room gave her the “You Must Be S******g Me” look, including the women!
They (the state) have to convict this guy, so they will find a way to do it one way or another.

Why in the sam hill does trying to kiss a black person mean you're prejudiced against them? Sounds to me like if the story were true (which I completely doubt), he had a certain like for the girl. I never did try to kiss someone I was prejudiced against.
I'll say it again as I've said it before. This case is nothing at all and has never been about racism; it's about the 2nd amendment right to bear arms, and is an attempt to get as much public opinion and political opposition as possible to come out against CCW and stand your ground laws, even though there's nothing here about stand your ground.

She won't be called into court. What she has to say is irrelevant. The claim that GZ was racist fell apart on her telling it. It turns out that George is racist in her opinion because his mother voted against Obama in 2008.
I don't know who looks worse -- this Witless #9 or Corey who released her statement or Lester who ordered it released or the Crump Team who were counting on it.

This is from the article, absolutely no claim of any racist statement by Zimmerman: “that Zimmerman’s family was known to be racist, but she did not recall any specific statement or act by Zimmerman to illustrate the point.”
Incredible, yet I saw storiess all day that she said he was prejudiced against blacks.
I don’t know what he did with this girl, but it’s a bizarre thing that has nothing to do w the shooting. Something that supposedly went on from age 8 to “about 18”. How’s that for a stretch to make him cross into being an adult at the very end? He was either 18 or he wasn’t, and headlines saying he “molested a minor” - yeah, when he was 8 years old!
Somebody earlier gave a quote by Judge Lester, basically saying that those who believe Zimmerman is racist will pounce on this and those who don’t won’t believe it anyway.
So yes, he did sign off on this stuff being released. The question I have is this: Who is ever gonna talk to the police candidly about anything, if everything that gets said to the police can be paraded around in the national media?
This gal may have just been giving her gut-level thoughts to the police; she said flat-out that she never saw him exhibiting racist behavior. But at this point what’s being done is libel, within a legal context. Could Zimmerman sue her for libel?
At this point it seems to me that the JUDGE and PROSECUTOR are engaging in libel by releasing what appears to be totally baseless accusations.
Next is Judge Lester going to let the public hear everything that a battered wife says to the police about her husband - (never mind whether her husband will find out and kill her for talking; consequences be damned, right, Judge Lester?)? How about interviews where rape victims give the gory details of the rape? Is all that public information - and totally acceptable in the eyes of a judge because people are going to believe what they want to believe anyway?
Nobody can see the records which show whether or not multiple government offices at both state and federal levels have actually committed fraud, perjury, forgery, and misprision of a bunch of different felonies involving Obama’s records - all because of some phony interest in “privacy” - and yet this crapola judge allows unsubstantiated claims to be aired all over the country so that an accused man will NEVER be able to get a fair trial.
I thought it was impossible for me to feel more contempt for our lawless judicial system than I already do but alas, the system is going farther into negative territory than I thought even existed.
