Give each pyramid a new name. Like Teheran, Mecca and Medina. Anything happens to a pyramid, its corresponding city is rendered flat, black and glowing in the dark for the foreseeable future. Rename the Sphinx as the Dome of the Rock and, if any further damage to the Sphinx, use megaloads of conventional weapons from the sky to kiss the abomination on the Temple Mount goodbye. Repeat process as necessary on further targets until, in the future, no one will know where Islam had been.
Burn their houses, salt their fields and leave not a stone lying upon a stone as a Roman Senator once observed as to Carthage at the outset of the Third Punic War.

I’d be interested in finding out just how much of Egypt’s GDP is tied to tourism, and how much Egypt would lose should the insane clown posse get around to destroying the Sphinx and pyramids.

I resist calling people names on FR. People like you make that difficult.
When Spanish came into the southern part of what is now the US, they left behind some pigs, who spread what is now thought to possibly have been a variety of swine flu. It killed the vast majority of Native Americans. When the English founded Jamestown, there were abandoned and empty villages and fields, had been empty for some decades at least. The English wondered why.
