What is refining capacity currently at in Texas?

About 5 million barrels per day, but much of the Permian Basin is pumped to Cushing, OK, some of that comes back to Houston to Beaumont area refineries. It is also shipped to other states for refining as well.

green for oil, red for gas and blue for products

This includes breakdown capacity of downstream units within the refineries, but when most people talk about refinery capacity, they mean how much crude oil comes in.
