Received yet another FReepmail message regarding the underground campaign to get disgruntled freepers to move on over to the latest anti-freeper site.
I'll save them the trouble of having their moles to do their underhanded dirty work underground.
If you're totally fed up with me and my absolute refusal to support the GOP-e's outright plunge into supporting the progressive/statist agenda and no longer wish to resist tyranny, please by all means go join the RINO squishes over on TrueBlueRINOS.com ( actual address: http://www.trueblueliberty.com ).
But when you join them, please do us all favor and don't come back. It'll save us all a bunch of grief.
Thanks for the memories. It was fun working with you when we all agreed on our pro-God, pro-Life, pro-family, pro-small government, pro-liberty causes.
By the way, those caught continuing their underground campaigns against FR will be zot on sight.

try a site at which its OK to discuss alternatives to Obama at least for a short period during this presidential elction season.
Many of us ( over 550 in the last two months ) spend some of our time at trueblueliberty.com

Goodbye, Pasadena, we hardly knew ye.
No one appreciates moles. Filthy animals.
I heard about this NEXT TIME in 2008 when so many good people refused to vote for John McCain (not conservative enough). So, you didn’t work hard enough for your candidate. Don’t blame the outsiders or anyone else, blame yourself. You’re working on the 2016 primaries, right? You’re getting ready to contribute financially, you’re possibly planning meetings with others of like mind to elect the lifelong conservative republican, right?
If you’re not doing that, then I have to wonder why you’re so upset with the candidate.

I suspect they’re trying to get attention and get banned so they can post an “I wuz WRONGED!” post at some certain place.
I've been evaluating the electoral history regarding RINOs for a number of years. Most folks would read it and move on ~ but all at once we had this Romney guy and they took my analysis to be an attack on Momonism.
It was then that I realized the Mittbots weren't really part of our side in the great political debate ~ so I began screaming "bloody, murder, the enemy is within the gates".
And I haven't quit.
Are you off your meds? Nobody is banning the “Christian Right”.

I wish my sisters were alive in order to post. I rather doubt that my nerdy son takes the time to post on an political forum. He registered as a democrat in order to annoy me :)
So, there is no change that I’m rogue yam’s mother or sister or even something.
Where were you in 2000 when I was informing folks of the way postal regulations worked regarding cancelations ~ and whether or not Florida could even demand that absentee ballot return envelopes be postmarked by the APO/FPO system.
When the Democrat lawyers were out there bullying local voting registrars on the issue, the way had been cleared for an appropriate appeal which would have blindsided them ~ and put "W" in office even earlier.
Have you done anything comparable? (BTW, that's called keeping politics honest and according to law)
Jay Carney? Why is it so difficult for some of you to understand that a simple conservative woman from Southwestern PA might actually have an opinion of her own.........and not be afraid to express it?
Freepers leave these parts every now and then, usually around election time. Nothing much ever becomes of their new stomping grounds. I anticipate the same this time.
Shouldn’t you be spending your time trying to get your nerdy Democrat son to vote for Willard instead of taunting us FReepers here?
And who says I must believe you are necessarily who you say you are?
I applaud your hard work in 2000.
I’m also to presume that you supported George W. Bush, which is good!
He’s far too often maligned as not being conservative enough.
Oh, yeah, ol’ “See you at the signing’s” prescription drug program and his loooovely amnesty program are monuments to conservatism.
You and roving tater have a lot in common. A whole lot, including patterns of expression. Why not write posts to him for a while? Just trying to be polite...as you are trying.
I'm fed up with RINO's too, but I'm not ready to support Obama just to prove a point. Maybe re-electing Obama will make America "hit bottom" and come to her senses, but I think it's an awfully risky strategy. I think our best bet now is to focus on getting as many conservatives into the House/Senate as we can, so no matter which one wins the presidency, we'll have some sanity in D.C.
I don’t know these other people you’re talking about, and frankly, my original post wasn’t to you, you butted in.
Actually, I don’t know anyone from FreeRepublic. I enjoy reading the forums here, I post when I feel like it, which isn’t often and that’s about it. I lurked for many years before deciding to post. I have an opinion and I realize that many of the neanderthals in this country really don’t want a female to have opinions. Oh well. I’m happy living here in the Pittsburgh area and now that the Pirates have actually decided to play baseball, it’s kinda fun reading the sports pages when training camp isn’t open.
I’ve made my statement, I’m not going to respond to any more of the posts, I enjoy reading everything here.
It’ s probably another of those canned-software sites with annoying cascading replies, cute little pics of the posters, and data that shows they have or don’t have privileges.
That stuff is a dime a dozen...and annoying, annoying, annoying.
At least the Free Republic founders came up with their own discussion software, and darn if it isn’t the best in the galaxy....heck, “infinity and beyond.”
Software on loan from God!
Well, you've certainly experienced the new Free Republic here on this thread.
Offer an opinion departing from the house dogma, no matter how modestly and politely stated, and you immediately get swarmed with attacks and accusations.
It has all become rather cult-like.
I keep hoping for a turning-away from this path of close-mindedness and isolation, but it remains just a hope so far.
Witness Chief Justice Roberts last week...
rogue yam, it’s nice to meet you. Did you know that I was your sister, mother or something?
Not buying any of what you’re selling here tonight. Something is just wrong about what you are saying about yourself and what you enjoy reading here on FR. Just doesn’t quite ring true. At the least, it’s unconvincing.
“if there’s ever a Chode there, it’s not me...”
Same with me. If there’s a “Morgana” there it’s not me.
Posts like this are what I’ve been referencing. Just doesn’t pass the smell test.

“Are you off your meds? Nobody is banning the Christian Right.”
Obozo is sure trying.
I think we're going to have to go with "or something".
My sister and my mom are both pretty stubborn democrats.
Most of them seem like good people and I think they deserve our patience. I think we should try to encourage them to learn to take care of themselves rather than to seek comfort in the illusory promise of protection from a liberal presidential candidate. They really just need more self-confidence right now. After the election, they will learn that they can survive without Mitt Romney.
Do you know how condescending that sounds? I hope you do because I absolutely love it!
Woo hoo!! Great stuff, Chaplain!!
Amen
Praise the Lord for all his gifts!!
ohhhhh, they’re going to connect the dots now! My nerdy son registered as a democrat in order to annoy me...see, that’s the super duper top secret connection! We have democrats in the family.

Hopefully you’re not accusing me of being an Obama supporter? I stand for life and liberty! To hell with the abortionist statists, Obama and Romney!!
What?? But why am I surprised....
I must emphasize, however, that I will be voting for Romney in November not because I like him or think he is the best possible candidate, but only because the alternative is unacceptable, and four more years of Obama would harm the nation as a whole so deeply that it may not recover in our lifetimes.
I just wish Romney would show the toughness and the no-holds-barred attitude that he showed to the other Republican candidates in the GOP primaries, and treats Obama to the same killer instinct. Im cognizant that its difficult for a moderate like Romney to emphasize conservative values, which is one reason that Romney was never my choice.
But we have no choice none. Sitting out this election is a vote for four more years of Obama, and I will not consciously betray my country. I will NOT help Obama win a second term no matter what.
Anger at Mitt Romney? Geez, I get so tired of the accusations of hate, anger, rage, etc. toward Willard. I don’t LIKE the guy, but if it was just that, my dislike wouldn’t keep me from voting against Obama. As it is, I just don’t see how I can justify a vote for an abortion-enabler and homosexual lover to God.

No, just curious as to what the right thing is to do now that Romney is pretty much our presumptive candidate. I’m sure as heck not voting for Obama, and feel that my only choice at this point is to hold my nose and go with Romney.
That said, my wife and I are preparing for the worst. We’ve leased out our beautiful waterfront home in WA, and are house-hunting now in TX where we feel we’ll be in better company. Once we are settled there, we’re headed to Costa Rica to get a place to split our time at... which might serve as a bugout place should we need one.
I've got 3 and have been through it twice, my third daughter is only 13 and so far appears to have better sense than her sisters.
When a presidential candidate advocates a law allowing dads to have veto power over daughter's choices, that guy gets my vote.
In fairness, my middle daughter married a real loser, divorced him and married an alright guy, unfortunately he died of a heart attack at 33 years old, she's married again now and he seems to be ok.
Nice to see you, Victoria. I agree with you. I’m not giving up my conservative credentials, but the fact is there is only one choice on election day.
With Obama, there is 0% chance we will repeal Obamacare. With Obama, there is a 0% chance we get sensible judges on the bench. With Obama, there is a 0% chance that we will have a saner immigration policy.
With Romney, we have above a 0% chance in all those areas. For now, that’s good enough for me.
You too? I wish I had a nickel for every time I have misplaced keys, wallet, check book etc. I'd have a whole bunch of nickels!
I don’t know how I can come here as often as I do, for as many years as I have and every single time — I am completely oblivious that any of this drama is transpiring.
Im all for our odds being anywhere above 0%. We might even get lucky and get a few digits. With Obama, it is a certainty that we are going under.
I heard enough depressing stories from older relatives about communism and the damage it does not only to peoples wellbeing but to their souls. Im not in favor of such an experiment in America, assuring such devastating consequences.
my original post wasnt to you, you butted in.
There's no "butting in" on an open thread. You post it and anybody can and will comment on it. If you want to reply to just one member, you send them a private reply, however, if you send me a private reply, I will copy and paste it on this thread.
Are you different from the hundreds of us who get this garbage flung at us every single day?
Allow me to answer that. Yes, you are different, you have the lightening bolt in your hand.
Seriously though, that's mild compared to what some dish out all the time just because there are conservatives here who refuse to sell out and vote for the socialist bastard Romney.
Come on Rogue. Just sign it and send it odd to Satan. Because every bit of this applies to you and your active intent to elect a liberal.
I, __________________, declare that I have decided that conservatism has failed and as such, I will vote for the Republican Mitt Romney, A man whose history I am aware of regarding his liberalism. It is with open eyes and no regrets that I will disavow everything I believe conservative ideals and the American Constitution ever stood for just to get Obama out of office.
Further, by doing so, I accept that I adopted the very things I formerly despised to get a liberal elected President and henceforth I have no legitimate right to ever be trustworthy again - since my newly adopted situational ethics allow me to bend like a twig in the prevailing political winds.
Signed, _____________________________
PS...You still have yet to address how it is that a conservative can vote for ANY liberal and maintain his/her conservative values and principles. Several threads now...Ever going to answer or can we expect more bashing of FR, FReepers and the like?
I’m voting for Sarah.
Down ticket, I’m voting conservative.
Maybe it’s just a MoTown thang...
Try townhall
You seldome disagree or you seldom agree? You’re confusing me.
