Anything can happen at the convention. He wasn’t the only person who acquired delegates during the past primary season.

His actions in strong-arming people into voting for him rather than who won a particular primary is sickening, and definitely unAmerican.

He has not yet picked a running mate.

That however is not the main point. For all intents the nomination has been won.

But you and anyone else who thinks "anything can happen at the convention" are so clueless as to not even be part of this conversation. What do you imagine could and should happen at the convention? If your hope is that Palin or Gingrich will come forward and ride to the “rescue,” it ain’t gonna happen.

Many of us don’t like Romney either. I know I don’t... but much as I don’t like Romney, my hatred for Obama is exponentially more. Point is... either he or Obama will be giving the victory speech on the night of 6 Nov or the next morning.
