What he means is that because he tried hard he deserves reelection. Tried real hard? He did at playing golf and fundraising and bankrupting the country. Of course by the same token I tried to be a 5’9 white NBA player and failed miserably because I lacked the skills. The same thing happened to Obama. He lacks the skills for the job.
