Their owner was a Christian I believe and always closed on Sundays as they still do. Wonderful for them. And look at their businesses. They are always full of customers. They are living right and thus getting God’s blessings for doing so.

I agree. I love the food they sell but it is at least 10 miles further than McD’s and Burger King so of course they are visited more by my family (when we eat that type of crap). In the last year, we have went to Chick-fil-A one time and went to the others about five times.

When they say “anti-gay” group they are including any Christian group. I never used to go to Chick-fil-A only because I’m not that big on chicken sandwiches but after I discovered the Christian background of the organization I leaned to like it and eat there all the time now.

I like their stuff anyways. I generally get the basic chicken sandwich, special fries and a milkshake.

Maybe shouldn’t eat it for 3 meals a day for 10 years but I go there a few times. It’s good stuff.

Chick-fil-A also gave my daughters their first jobs. All three of them are productive worker bees. While they were still in college, they had a holiday job waiting for them every time they came home for a visit.

The Chick-fil-A where they worked somehow managed to get the nicest kids in town to work for them, and not a single illegal alien. During the combined five years over which my daughters worked for them, you could count on the fingers of one hand the number of kids which got fired. Generally, it was a jag-off who managed to hide their attitude just long enough to get hired. Other than those, it was only kids who consistently failed to show up for work.

One thing I’ve noticed is the gay boycott of Chick-fil-A has been highly successful... for Chick-fil-A.

Their restaurants — all doing a brisk business — have a nice, family-friendly environment.

I eat at Chick-fil-a any time I am near them it seems. The closest one is 2hrs away and the kicker is I am allergic to chicken so I get the salad and ice tea, but my boys enjoy the food and my wife loves it. I am happy to support them for several reasons this being one of them. I also appreciate what they do for the kids that work for them.

Now that “Dear Leader” has “evolved”, it is a matter of either you push the homosexual agenda 100% or else they’re going to destroy you. Period.

The Chick-fil-A people are Christian people who have, for many years, devoted themselves and their money to Christian causes - children’s homes for one thing (going way back). We have family friends who worked for them for years.

God didn’t approve of homosexual behavior in the Law. He has not changed - magically - just because certain human beings have decided they like it.

Unfortunately, all restaurant food has way too much sodium, IMHO. As fast food goes, however, Chick fil a isn't all that bad in terms of taste and quality. And the employees are dedicated to customer service...as opposed to McDonalds, for example. McDonalds is so bad, they can even screw up a salad. And the employees would rather chat among themselves than wait on you.

True story: Once at McDonalds, I ordered a chicken salad. I specified grilled chicken, not fried. The employee was so busy yapping with her co-worker, she had to ask me twice if I wanted grilled or fried chicken. Finally, the salad arrived, and...you guessed it...the chicken was fried . Never had that problem at Chick fil a. Staff is courteous, helpful and professional. And the food doesn't give me indigestion.

Which means they could even throw their money down a big hole they dug in the desert and it is completely no one else’s business what they do with it. (not to say that chik-fil-a is doing that as they are definately not doing so) but even if they were overtly literally burning money to heat their chicken it would still be no one else’s business that they were doing so.

First, why is this article in “Business Insider”? It seems like a Huffpo type article....
Regardless, if you look at that list, they all have one thing in common. They are all Christian Organizations. is Jim Edwards anti-Christian? Is Business Insider anti-Christian? It must be. Maybe Jim and the Business Insiders would like Christianity to be abolished? It seems so.
We MUST start fighting back. The liberals are less that 30% of the population (btw- all studies agree that our population is less than 4% homosexual).
How about a story on what charities Progressive Insurance donates to? Or how about Salesforce.com? Who are the major contributors to The Tides Foundation and what groups receive the greatest funding from Tides? What charities does Business Insider contribute to?

As a retiree I only get into civilization (town) about once or twice a month, but those are my "Chic=Fil-A" days. I always eat there.

It is always clean, the employees are very nice and polite, and they stand for the causes I believe in.

I have stopped going into any establishment who employ, and tolerate, employees who are rude, and with an attitude. When I'm at the grocery store, I pick the line where I don't see an obama-pout on someones angry face.

I'm sick of the attitudes and I won't trade where it is pronounced. I'll wait behind five people with full grocery carts to use the checkout person who exudes a friendly face and a good attitude. I won't buy from car, appliance, or other salespeople with that attitude either. If that's all an establishment has to offer, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I pick my preference of charities to which I donate, and tell the rest to get it from obama.

Now my personal vendetta won't make the oceans rise, but it satisfies me.
