ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. — It’s on his to-do list, but U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell says the odds are against repealing the health care law championed by President Barack Obama.

The Kentucky Republican said Monday it’s hard to unravel something of the magnitude of the 2,700-page health care law, WHAS-TV (http://bit.ly/LSUtqX ) reports.

“If you thought it was a good idea for the federal government to go in this direction, I’d say the odds are still on your side,” McConnell said. “Because it’s a lot harder to undo something than it is to stop it in the first place.”

Why can’t Mitch McConnell shut his effin’ mouth. Is he trying to get people so depressed they won’t even vote in 2012 thinking, “What’s the use?” What a stupid s.o.b. I’m telling you there not a dime’s worth of difference between the career GOP politicians and the Dem politicians. Mother effers!!!

(FROM 2010)

Tennessee GOP Senator Bob Corker telling “high dollar donors” at a GOP event something prospective Republican voters will be surprised to hear:

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and his GOP colleagues have no intention whatsoever to repeal ObamaCare. None. Zip.

According to what the story says are “multiple sources,” here’s the skinny:

The junior senator from Tennessee told the gathering of donors not to worry about the incoming class of “crazier Republicans” because the majority of Senate Republicans, especially minority leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), had no intention of repealing the president’s health care bill. They instead planned to fix only the “bad parts” of the law, Corker reportedly told the group.

Get that? The Senate Republican Establishment is already actively planning to sabotage any effort by new colleagues…colleagues they consider to be “crazier Republicans” …to repeal the law that has infuriated a majority of Americans.

Oh Moorings, let me assure you, VERY little slips by his constituents!! My brother has been to his office many times over the years to let him have a piece of his mind. He closed his email “I assure you, we, you constituents, will be in touch very soon!” Wouldn’t be surprised if Mitch knew them by name lol.
