Sorry RATS, you cannot have it both ways. It is either a tax or if not, the SCOTUS opinion is invalid. Also what about the decision on day one of the SCOTUS oral arguments that said the mandate was NOT a "tax" - if it were a tax the SCOTUS would not have even been able to hear the lawsuit.
