Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse investigating Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility have been promising more major revelations since their March 1 press conference, and now another event has been scheduled to unveil new information.
Arpaio told WND a press conference will be held July 17 at 2:30 p.m. local time at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Phoenix, Ariz.
WND will once again provide live Web streaming of the event.
The evidence will include information gathered in the posse’s recent investigative trip to Hawaii as well as an update on the ongoing investigation.
At the March 1 conference, as WND reported March 1, Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse announced there is probable cause that the document released by the White House in April 2011 purporting to be Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate is a forgery. The posse said it also found probable cause that Obama’s Selective Service registration form is fraudulent.

My wife and I have been in the information trenches since 2007 on the NBC issue. Before that we worked the same way regarding Clinton’s impeachment, but seems as soon as our elected CONcritters get to D.C. (District of Corruption) they become a total specie that we elected!!!

I believe birther issues are a significant/vital issue along with so many of Obama’s words and actions to clean and sanitize the political environment of the USA. I also believe there are many, many people who must be exposed as to the mess created by Obama and his enablers. The birth issue(s) that has been deliberately fostered by this cabal should never again stain the election programs in the USA.
Funny you should mention this. I just finished reading a pretty good article from Ace of Spades making a very similar point. Liberals get away with everything.

This is a criminal investigation. I think it would be wise to stop pissing off the only group of people(AZ tea partiers) and authorities that have taken this issue seriously and are acting on it.

Respectfully, I do not believe that is a correct statement. It is just very difficult to obtain a “sealed record.” Were there a legally “compeling” reason to unseal a record for use in court, it can be done. The “sealing” of birth records in adoption are to protect identities of “losing” parent, etc. This is not an issue here. IF the original long form BC were to show damning evidence against Mr. Obama in regards to actually place of birth, they could be unsealed and used. The hard part is getting a judge to order it...and getter around any state laws that may prevent it.
IF sealing it was so “permanent”, then it wouldn’t be “sealed” it would be destroyed...why else keep it?

Hawaii court documents from ten years later indicate Barry was still considered Soetoro's son by the courts in Hawaii. That would make your statement here false. You should provide a direct cite for this claim in particular, unless you wish to retract it. Otherwise you will be understood to be a liar spreading disinformation.
I would like for Sheriff Arpaio to explain just how he plans to file criminal charges against someone for forgery when the document in question was sealed and archived in the mid-60's.
Probably because he thinks someone forged a document -- i.e., the document released by the white House. A forged document is a forged document, regardless of whether other documents have been sealed.

The scenario you present seems to fit the now known data points of history. These were not so well known in 2008.
If correct, the actual ‘birth certificate’ and associated records have gone through the legal meat grinder of sealing, legally altering, etc.
But this does not excuse presenting electronic images as something they are not. The images presented are obvious frauds - with or without access to the actual, authentic records.
It is not possible to declare these electronic images as ‘authentic’ as most government documents of this nature require the actual 3D, real world document to validate them. But it is possible to determine them as frauds - even without the originals. And these ARE frauds. Of that there is no doubt. The original COLB is a fraud but it at least was a better forgery than the later LFBC. But the high definition Fact Check photos gave it away. The LFBC is so bad it as if it is an intentional declaration of an ability to present anything and get away with it.

I thought it was because the information is not as compelling as they would like, and I suspect they are hoping for more stuff to be discovered in the meantime so as to flesh out their argument better.
I hope i'm wrong, and that their information lives up to it's hype. I just can't help but wonder why, if it's so good, that it needs to be spoon fed to us, but perhaps we are not the intended target anyways.
There really is no need to convince us, (We are already convinced that there's a rotten smell in all of this.) the proper targets are the skeptics, so in that regard, perhaps getting their arguments and evidence into a fool proof configuration is really the correct thing to do at this point.

Anyway, Joe’s press conference is sure to be highly interesting.
I believe that is exactly what they're doing. They must have documents in hand, screen snapshots, maybe witnesses (revealed or eventually available,) security for a slew of people to guard against Breitbarting, etc.
I think it was a good "postponement" to clear the SCOTUS crap of AZ, followed by 0b0z0CommieCare...tax...no tax...punishment...no punishment...until you run out of petals!

Sealed records by Court order can be unsealed by Court order if there is a compelling reason.
Obama’s Original Long Form BC was sealed after BHO Sr. complained the Soetoro adoption was invalid because he was not properly notified AND Stanley Ann testified in the adoption nullification hearing that BHO Sr. was not the biological father.
We know Stanley Ann tried to preserve the Soetoro adoption by claiming BHO Sr. was not the biological father because the Original Long Form BC would have been unsealed and reinstated after the adoption was annulled. The reason the Court sealed the Original was sealed was because it contained a signed statement by Stanley Ann attesting to the veracity of the statements on the Original. Stanley Ann contracted her 1961 attestation in 1971 by stating BHO Sr. was not the biological father.
After hearing testimony and examining evidence, a HI Judge ruled BHO Sr was the father, Lolo Soetoro was not the father of BHO II, the Soetoro adoption was annulled, and an abbreviated short form COLB was Ordered to be created with the vital information the Court found to be fact. That’s why the short form has a date filed and not a date accepted.
There is not compelling reason to unseal the Original. The only thing different on the Original from the short form COLB is the witness attestations and the date accepted.
Obama’s vulnerability is in his immigration file with USCIS and not with the HDoH.

Sheriff Arpaio needs to contact Sec. Napatalino, former governor of Arizona, to examine Obama’s immigration file.
Federal law supersedes state statutes. In turn, Federal documents supersede state documents. Obama’s immigration file will clearly explain his current citizenship status and current eligibility to be POTUS.
