There is no justice in the the Department of Justice; if they won’t do the bidding of Congress, then they should be fired and replaced by people who will.

The House is controlled by the GOP.
The Senate is controlled by the liberal dem trash.

There is no collective “congress” now to follow, or to do bidding for, so they are free to do as they please.

Or do you think that the Senate would vote to sanction or impeach anyone in the Executive branch?

Film at 11? I suppose some people are still hoping the Titanic will not sink at the end of the movie. What a big surprise that was.

For the record: When a private citizen has a single gun that is 1/4” too short, or which has a defective disconnector such that multiple rounds are sometimes fired with single pulls of the trigger, the BATFE will vigorously pursue that person and file federal felony criminal charges. But when the administration knowingly allows the sale of thousands of straw-purchased guns to known criminals, and allows them to go to Mexico at where they will be used to kill hundreds or thousands of people, including American federal law enforcement officials (Brian Terry), not only will no prosecutions occur but the occasion will be used to trumpet the need for additional gun control laws and further restrictions on the rights of non-criminal US citizens.

The Democrat party and the RINO’s in both Houses of the Congress are just as guilty as Obama and Holder.

They are refusing to obey the Constitution and selling America down the tubes.

If we continue to allow this through the next election cycle we are as guilty as they.
If we cannot vote them out, we have to take them out, if we want a country that is free.

Just like in Orwell's Animal Farm all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others. What kind of society can we have when some are placed above the law?

I have desire to “fire” the Justice Department. There is absolutely no guarantee that their replacements, individually and collectively, will be any better.

In light of the on-going financial crises faced by the Federal Government and those peons (oops I mean Citizen-taxpayers) supporting the Federal Government I strongly recommend that the Justice Department by non-funded for the next decade. And, in 2022 a through review be conducted to see if the results of living 10 years without a Federal Justice Department justifies reestablishing it.

Don’t despair people! There was a reason why Holder was found not only in criminal contempt but also civil contempt. The House knew that the Justice department would not press charges to get the documents (criminal contempt), so now they have to go the route of civil contempt. This allows them to prosecute in a civil court of law.

Bush’s Justice department did the exact same thing when contempt charges were filed in his administration. It’s all good!
