And Nelson Cruz caught the fly ball that gave the Rangers the World Series victory over the Cardinals.

BFD. Any moronic rationale, particularly the Ginsberg “extortion” BS, is utterly retarded and nothing but a cover for cowardice. Instead of doing the right thing, another asshole compromised and sold out Americans, period. To believe that Romney will win because of this is delusional at best. Romney loses and Ginsberg still retires and where are we then?

In any case, Roberts is a traitor to Americans, a traitor to the Constitution, and an unbelievable coward, and nothing anyone says will make those facts simply disappear, nor anything anyone says will “soften” the absolute betrayal by this son of a bitch.

What utter BS> This is no more than the losing side trying to save face. I am so damned sick of spin. You can’t get anything done when you ignore the truth. We got our asses handed to us by Roberts. Now THAT is the truth.

Eventually, conservatives are going to realize how this little scam by Roberts and the leftist slugs on the ‘high’ court is a brick in a well designed wall of UN style rule over Americans. Since the government has now been given unlimited power to tax ANYTHING in order to herd behavior of the sheeple, what is to now stop the democrats from establishing mandates to abide by UN global warming dictates? Follow the money. These criminal bastards are setting US up to be herded via taxation into behaving and paying for whatever the criminal Congress and presidents dictate as influenced by the UN or global governance council. If we the people do not halt this immediately —with extreme prejudice— these criminal bastards will herd US right under the global governance rule via taxation on behaviors they wish to modify. And THAT is exactly why the pirate Roberts was placed on the court under Boosh. It lends s specious ari of conservative compromise to the pure fascist agenda of the globalist with whom Boosh made his bed and Paulson pull the covers over.

No, he sided with the liberals because he has two kids adopted illegally. Two blond haired, blue eyed kids from South America via Ireland. As an adoptive mom, WTH!! I know when some thing is funky, and this is not something I have ever heard of. Trust me, Robert’s opinions is compromised.

Mister Roberts is darned smart, so I suspect that he'll realize at some point just what a dishonorable fool he is.

The socialist Dems are all laughing AT him (expect some published gratuitous gushing from Time, Newsweek, NYT, but they are all LOLing at the water cooler); and I suspect that some self-respecting conservative will no longer want to be seen with him.

I can't see where there is any living this down for the once, and formerly honorable, Chief Justice, even if he makes perfect decisions from this point forward.

Not only that, but IF Ginsberg retires before Obama’s narrow A$$ is kicked out of the White House in January, he will name another liberal to replace the liberal ALREADY there - Ginsberg. The makeup of the court doesn't change. Now, when Scalia or Kennedy decides to retire and they are both getting up there (Scalia is 76 and Kennedy is nearly 76), then the next president will be the one to tip the balance one way or the other.

The REAL travesty in this ruling was the refusal of Kagan to recuse herself due to her personal and extensive involvement on this very law. As chief justice, Roberts should have made some effort to convince her of that.

With Roberts, the court is already tipped in the liberals favor.

“The only thing Roberts demolished was America. He gets the finest health care in the world so WTF does he care? “

I have a friend who developed an infection and was able to get an appointment, right away, over the weekend, no less. As someone who has sat in a Canadian emergency room for over 12 hours waiting for a doctor to see my 1 1/2 year old daughter with an ear infection, I said, “Plan to say goodbye to service like that.” It takes us months to see a doctor unless we want to go to a walk-in clinic.

Health care is never rationed for the connected, like Justice Roberts. Too bad he never had to deal with the consequences of socialized medicine.

Oh, I’m sorry about the Rangers’ loss—do you live in Texas?

I need to study a bit before I respond to baseball or any other sort of sports posts. :)

I went to many Cubs and White Sox (and Blackhawks, Bulls and Bears) games with my dad when I was growing up. It’s heartbreaking when things just crumble like that.
