It does not matter. Deathcare is here. Medicare is refusing “unnecessary” medical procedures (that are necessary) even if you can raise the money and pay cash. My Wife (Neurologist) reported this week a case of this. The only solution is the ballot box and in particular the Senate.
Has anyone noticed the intersection of this decision—complete with its dire implications for religious liberty—with the feast of the 2nd Century Martyr Irenaeus of Lyons and the eve of the feast of the martyrdom of the great Apostles Peter and Paul?
Too many believed that that is the case.
And, it actually will be if you’re in the “select few” that will get vouchers. These groups will be democrat voters.

The employers will dump their provided insurance and the individual will be forced into the insurance pools. The insurers will reap a short term bonanza and then be forced out of business as an inevitable single payer becomes necessary. The insurers think they can maneuver these waters. They can’t IMHO.
Tax money & private insurance is ALREADY supporting abortions. Every insurance carrier has paid for abortion for years.

The only reason they go there is that 2% get called up and go to court ~ all the others are settled through a variety of procedures before they get to where they need to bother a judge.
There are no such procedures with the IRS enforcement requirement for ObamaKKKare penalties. Given current problems with bills in this country ~ it is conceivable we could have well over 1,000,000 people NOT paying their Obamatax on their insurance payment requirement.
I think that could easily collapse the entire federal judiciary.
It is not likely IRS can go to this Congress and get more funds for more agents than they already have, nor will the DOJ get more money for the lawyers needed to handle these cases, nor will there be any more courts created to handle them.
Worse, it is unlikely that any Republican House majority would go along with approving any sort of shot-circuit for this litigative disaster.
Plus, they aren't going to build more prisons for more people who didn't pay their IRS fines.
This family won’t obey either and support baby killers. I will never knowingly support that. If I have to be a martyr and go to jail, fine. I’ve got eternity to think about. At least in jail I’ll get “3 hots and a cot,” as well as free health care. When I was young and the hospital I worked for wanted 100% compliance with giving to the United Way, I wouldn’t do that either for the same reason. Considering I worked in NICU, I don’t think I was alone in non-compliance. I think the government is going to have a major headache trying to enforce commie care.
One thing that is 100% certain to lower health costs overall and that is NO INSURANCE period.
As long as we keep subsidizing what doctors, hospitals, labs, farm-A-Sue-dickels charge, there are no market forces to keep costs in check.
Not only do the subsidies keep the costs artificially high, the cost of administering the insurance plans, money paid to salesmen/saleswomen and commissions to brokers, and the huge salaries paid to the CEOs have to be paid by somebody and that somebody is the policy holder regardless if their employer “pays for it”. Dirty secret, your free or reduced policy from your employer is part of your salary. It is part of the cost of hiring you.
A much better case can be made for government food as you will die without food but you certainly can live without healthcare. Maybe not as well or as long but you can live without it. Hell doctors/hospitals don’t even guarantee their work even though they claim to be highly trained professionals.
Even though my wife works for a large insurance company, I always tell the doctor, lab, diagnostic operation that I don’t have coverage and my cost is always lower than what is normal and customary rate paid.
What we do need is a bare minimum out of pocket per year co-pay then a fixed percentage of income for charges beyond co-pay so that the customer/patient is always affected somewhat by their use of the medical system but not enough to put them into bankruptcy.
Doctors/lawyers and government are depending on milking us just like a dairy cow. They will keep us alive as long as they can keep milking us to keep them and their ruling elite friends in a comfortable life style. Once we no longer produce milk they want the death panels to do exactly what George Bernard Shaw wanted and that was we had to justify our existence and if we did not....worm chow.
For now, Christian healthcare sharing organizations “qualify” as insurance under 0bamacare.

Probably not for long, though. This would be anti-thetical to their anti-Christian worldview. They just haven’t been able to figure out how to let the Muslims not pay and make the Christians pay.
Companies would love to get out of the business of providing health care for their employees.
One of the reasons outsourcing is so popular, you don’t have to pay for their healthcare.

I had ruled out moving myself and my company to some offshore location, but I’ll re-evaluate that. If I stay in the US then, if I’m carrying too many parasites on my back I’ll just “go Galt”... and maybe become a parasite myself.
