I don’t mind him taking a little bit of time to get this just right - he needs to be absolutely right the first time out of the box on this, if that takes an hour or two fine, but he has to get this just right.
This is the mother of all election issues - by many orders of magnitude the largest tax increase in history - and now the economy will crater, employment will crater. He needs to get this right today. There is the potential for him here of a super-charged electorate and a nation in extreme economic distress by November.
He has to be perfect today.
He just filled his pants because now he has to do really something besides stump speeches.
And you remember as you pull the lever for yet another RINO GOP-e candidate that you placed your seal of approval on a slightly slower path to socialism.

If it is a tax how do you collect it from people who will not pay it....it is not like payroll deductions..kids will get creamed by this....instead of paying a fine of say 1000 they will now have to pay the full boat..
Obama is destroying this country. It dies a little every day he is in office. I am not thrilled with Romney,but I will enthusiastically support him to rid us of this contemptible POS we have now.

Thanks for your well reasoned post. They are becoming fewer and fewer on FR. I’m frankly getting tired of some people who call themselves conservative or libertarian spending all of their time attacking Republicans thus laying the groundwork for Liberal victories. We paid a heavy price for this type of narrow thinking in 2008. Grow up people. Our real choices in life are seldom all black or all white but as mature adults we can’t just stand around and whine as the world passes us by.
all my representatives in Congress voted against Obamacare.. but I have no doubt this country won’t be recognisable in a hundred years.. good thing I won’t be here to see it

He said he hoped the Supreme Court overturned it, but anyway his first act (or one of them) as president would be to overturn this health care act.
