This is what happens when abortion is the only issue that conservatives care about when it comes to picking a supreme court justice.

On the other hand, he may have just slapped Americans hard enough to get them off the couch.

If it goes back to the House and is killed there, make the Senate vote on it. Demoncrats up for reelection will vote to kill it...and then Obama will have to veto the repeal of Obamacare, just months before the election.

Now that it is a "tax", make him give it his seal of approval.
