Obama Hails The "Miami Heats" [Illiterate in Chief]

Unfazed by a partisan spat sparked by his comment on former Red Sox player Kevin Youkilis, President Obama tonight again opined on a professional sports team, publicly praising the NBA champion Miami Heat at a campaign fundraiser in the city.

The only problem this time was that Obama mispronounced the name of the team -referring to it as the "Miami Heats" in an apparent slip of the tongue.

If George Bush had screwed up the team's name, every Miami television station would be blasting this incident as a major flub.

OH but I thought according to the MSM that our “heterosexual” president was a MAN’S MAN who chugs back beer and is the nation’s #1 sports fan. But yet every time, he speaks about sports he shows his complete misunderstanding of it. I will always remember the time when he was in the booth for the all star game and he said the White Sox played in Cominskey Park or when Joe Buck asked him who his favorite White Sox was and he couldn’t name one, he then sputterd out an answer that he grew up being an Oakland As fan. Goodbye to your fake sports pandering to cover up for your effeminate nature in a couple of months dumb ass, can’t wait to put adults back in charge again.

I’m not so sure that Obama is knowledgeable when talking about sports.

He was talking to baseball announcers one day, and said the White Sox were his favorite team. But he couldn’t name a single favorite player, past or present.

And, he also at that time, said he went to games at old “Cominskey Park”, pronouncing it with an “N” in it. Every real baseball fan knows that the White Sox played at “Comiskey Park”, with no “N” in it.

In that case, he just showed his ignorance about baseball and the White Sox, rather than showing that he was a real fan of the team.
