What if ...? (He’s not a natural born citizen)

Exclusive: Joseph Farah explains why he won't buckle on Obama eligibility issue

It’s clear Republicans in office and seeking office this year are not going to attack Barack Obama where he is most vulnerable – his very legitimacy to hold office under the Constitution as a “natural born citizen.”

He’s not a natural born citizen.

At least by his own admission, he was a dual citizen at birth. Of course, Obama is not known for telling the truth – or even the same lie.

Prior to presidential ambitions he apparently got in 2007, he and his literary surrogates boasted of his being “Kenyan-born.” I don’t know if that story was true or not. But it really doesn’t matter. It also doesn’t matter where he was born, but there is great suspicion and plenty of evidence to suggest he is lying with his new cover story about a Hawaiian birth.

But let’s suppose for a moment that the evidence of Obama’s ultimate election fraud becomes overwhelming after he leaves office in 2013, assuming he is defeated and has the decency to do what all past defeated presidents have done throughout American history.

What then?

What will it tell the American people about the enabling Republicans who were too afraid to challenge Obama when it really counted?

What will it mean for all of the legislation Obama signed during his four years in office?

What will it mean for the U.S. Supreme Court justices appointed for life terms by Obama?

What if the indisputable facts become widely known – or perhaps even proven in a court of law?

Will Republicans just go on with business as usual?

Will it change the course of American history?

Or will we still be in a position where we just can’t talk about matters of constitutional

Hey, if Obama said he was born in Kenya (for 16 years), that's good enough for me.

The truth is hate to those that hate the truth.

Freep on!!

Every congress person in D.C. KNOWS he’s not eligible. That means every congress person in D.C. is either a coward or believes the constitution no longer applies.

here is the thing.
Prior to 2007 the policy was a parent must have lived in the USA for 5 years from her 14th birthday to vestow USA citizenship on a child born in another country. Stanely Ann did not meet that requirment

but NOW if you go to the usgov’t site for citizens it says any child born to any USA citizen is considered ‘ natural born”
it uses that exact phrase, as a cover for 0dumbo.

I hope soneome kept the pages from 2004 that address this so we can compare it to what is there now

See Doctrine of de facto Officer.

Congress takes a hit for not doing its duty, but that's pretty much an every day shortcoming on everything - federalism, tax policy, spending policy -- all that is set by Congress.

It does not matter where BHO was born because he told us in his autobiography that his father was not a US citizen at the time of his birth. He is not “natural born”, just like Marco Rubio is not.

Frank Marshall Davis is the real father and Obama knows it. Google Dreams from my real father.

At this point we literally have no idea where he was born, when, or who his parents were.

HI State Registrar, Alvin Onaka, just indirectly confirmed to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that the birth record they have for Obama is not legally valid, so Hawaii does NOT vouch for the claim that Obama was born in HI to BHO and Stanley Ann on Aug 4, 1961.

Obama has been using a birth certificate his whole life that is not from Hawaii. Presumably it is a legally-valid BC from somewhere else. Unless and until we see that legally-valid BC, there ARE NO legal birth facts for Obama, because the HI BC is not legally probative.

It’s not just that Obama lies with every breath he takes; it’s that there is no legal documentation to back up ANYTHING he’s claimed about his birth.

I think the saddest thing about the Obama eligibility issue is that courts have been dodging making a clear pronouncement on whether “natural born citizen” should be understood in light of Vattel’s notion of “native” (born in country to two citizen parents) as in Minor v. Happersett, or in light of the English common law notion of “natural subject” (subject, or citizen in our case, at the time of birth) as in U.S. v Wong Kim Ark.

Obviously, regardless of where he was born, Obama would be ineligible to be President if the Vattel notion applies.

“Birtherism”, the position that Obama was born in Kenya (a notion that seems to have originated with Obama himself, or at least with his first literary publicist) is only relevant if the common law notion applies.

If, however, Obama was born in Kenya (or rather British East Africa), and his father was, in fact, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., not as some have claimed Frank Marshall Davis, then he not only is not a natural born citizen under either standard, but unless he was secretly naturalized, he is not even a citizen of the United States, since the prevailing law at the time would not have allowed a parent under the age of 21 to transmit citizenship to a child born outside the U.S. when the other parent was a foreign national. (The specification for transmission of citizenship being the parent be resident in the U.S. for ten years, five of which were after the age of 16. Ann Dunham was 18 at the time of Obama’s birth.) Obama would be a British subject, or could have claimed Kenyan citizenship upon Kenyan independence, and/or a citizen of Indonesia based on his mother and step-father’s application on his behalf, but would not a U.S. citizen at all, were he, in fact born in British East Africa.

I’ve come to the realization that the single greatest fear of birthers is that Obama just loses the election in 2012 because the economy is terrible.

There goes your whole hobby, nobody cares about the issue anymore, and it had nothing to do with Obama being removed from office.

natural born worked that way under the law in the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s to today.

It was even the case when states individually controlled immigration. born in the usa made a person natural born citizen.

One would think if that were true, and if he was born in Hawaii, then there’d be no problem. Though I don’t believe the latter, at least. But I’m not on the cowardly Supreme Court either.

BHO is getting to be like Clinton in this respect: the “truth” is a lie that has yet to be discovered.

BHO is not even the first “black” president. His father was 87.5% Arab. In that respect we have had other presidents who had more black in their gene pool than BHO did. It is clear then that “black” is not a racial attribute. It is shorthand for how red he is.

Obama has not addressed the born-in-Kenya bio maintained by his literary agent for 16 years and the Kenya information could only have come from Obama. There's no credible way to explain it otherwise. The fact of this official Obama biography completely validates the eligibility issue, whether the man was actually born in Kenya or lying about it for commercial and/or political purposes. Either way, he now needs to prove he was NOT born in Kenya.

And as far as I'm concerned, Obama and his mouthpieces should be hounded at every press conference about when he is going to apologize to the so-called birthers.

Wanna know my single greatest fear? That the country continues the lawlessness until we become “The Dark Knight”. And ya know something? That is GUARANTEED to happen, regardless of who is elected at any given point in time, where there are no checks and balances, no separation of powers, no rule of law, and no Constitution.

Your assumption that you know what makes me tick is arrogant beyond belief.

That is not my fear. I don’t know where you’re coming from.

“There goes your whole hobby, nobody cares about the issue anymore...”

Sorry. People of integrity still care when the Constitution is being trashed.
