TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Lawyers for the administrations of President Barack Obama and Gov. Rick Scott asked a judge Monday to dismiss a Florida ballot challenge that alleges the president is not a "natural born citizen." - Circuit Judge Terry Lewis did not immediately rule. He gave lawyers on both sides a week to submit proposed orders. The lawsuit by Fort Lauderdale automobile salesman (and Democrat) Michael Voeltz asks that Obama be removed from the state's 2012 ballot.

Wouldn’t it just be easier for Barry to issue one of his “executive order” specials allowing non-Natural Born Citizens to be elected as the POTUS? These days, nobody cares about what the Constitution says anyway. Fifty percent of the people living here have never even heard of the U.S. Constitution.

I thought Scott was a Republican. If so this shows how far/widespread/deep this eligibility corruption issue is. Any governor, no matter party, that would work against elections in their state being ‘clean as a hounds tooth’ is a shameful citizen.
Way too many RINOs will be taken out if Obama goes down on this issue so they're circling the wagons!

Florida is suing the DOJ over their attempts to stop Florida from cleaning up their voter rolls and then, on the other hand, the Florida SOS is aiding and abetting O'Bozo-the-Usurper.
