They will rule against ALL that are common sense, Constitutional, and Conservative, with Kennedy voting with the Socialist/Progressives planted on the Court. We may get a “token” Finding on the Stolen Valor Act, but I expect the illegals to keep coming freely, State’s Rights to be squashed, AND, the continued Government Takeover of Private Businesses (TOTALLY Un-Constitutional) to continue using the tortured readings of “The Commerce Clause”, as usual.

I’m sick to my stomach right now. I didn’t think I would be nervous, but I am.

My concern is not so much the Court ruling against the mandate and/or severability, but will the Kenyan simply ignore the ruling and proceed anyway? And, if so, will the Repubs finally grow a pair and confront him?

“... will the Kenyan simply ignore the ruling and proceed anyway?” He is already doing that! The amnesty without Congressional authorization is precisely that. The only question is, did he do it to steal the thunder coming when the Pirate Roberts Court rejects AZ law, or did he do it to be ‘in your face’ for them upholding what his Just Us department wanted canceled? I suspect as a malignant narcissist he knew the AZ law was about to be overturned and wanted to steal the thunder for political gain.

I hope the GOP have contingency plans based upon Obama’s Predicted Contingency plans...

I don’t know why they are waiting to start impeachment over a number of actions already though, so that’s the real question...

The whole thing will get shot down. I remember one of the justices saying if you think I’m going to read it, you’re nuts. He just said it better.

I think that was Scalia, and his point was that the Court will not and should not be responsible for going through the bill line-by-line to determine what is salvageable and what is not; in other words, if the mandate is overturned, the whole house of cards should collapse and Congress needs to start over.

I just don’t have confidence in American institutions or the American people as a whole, including the Supreme Court and the Republican primary voters.

If so, then the posthumous Ronald Reagan will be part of the continued destruction through his Kennedy “pick”.

It's too early for rhetorical questions.

Romney is not who I wanted to vote for, but this household will be casting 3 votes for him in November.

141 days, indeed. We are wondering what evil the Kenyan will try to foist upon us during the 141 days.

... Paulson leading Bush around by the nose at the end of his term ...

A perfect description of the last year of George W. Bush's term in office.

1. Az Immigration law. (5-3 in favor of AZ and the rule of law)

This is key. I don't see how they not uphold the law. Ruling in favor of Arizona slaps down his little hissy fit executive order.

Actually, the SCOTUS is not the slapper, that remains the responsibility of the feckless Congress. Let’s see what the low IQ legislature does about their powerrs being usurped. My guess is nothing.

To be clear Kagan recused on the AZ law, not the Healthcare law.

It was weeks ago, don’t have the date.

At the time, people said she did that just to make people think she was being fair when refusing to recuse herself on the other one.

She actually had much to do with both while in the executive branch.

It doesn't legally slap him down but it will take some of the wind out of his sails and hopefully embolden the chicken $h&t republicans in Congress to address it.
