FORT HOOD, Texas
-- The accused Fort Hood gunman's court appearance Friday for a pre-trial hearing has been delayed.
A military judge at Fort Hood was to consider a motion from the defense and hear other matters on the case.
According to a press release from Fort Hood, "The military judge stated on the record that the accused appeared in court with a beard in violation of Army Regulation 670-1 and Rules for Court-Martial 804(e)(1). The military judge stated that the appearance of the accused was a disruption to the court proceedings. As a result, the military judge delayed pre-trial motions until the near future, when either a closed circuit feed can be set up for the accused to watch the hearings from outside the court room or the accused complies with court order to appear with proper military grooming standards."
Army Major Nidal Hasan is charged with 13 counts of pre-meditated murder and 32 counts of attempted pre-meditated murder for the Nov. 2009 shooting rampage on post.
He faces the death penalty or life in prison without parole in convicted.
His military trial is set to begin in August.

3: Return him to court room.
4: Explain the multiple contusions to the judge as follows...

1. Remove facial hair with vise grips.

3. Resume trial.

There was a special on Fox last night on this mess and disgrace to brave fighting men. Two of the boys he shot were discharged with hardly a goodbye or a thank you. Drummed out because they weren’t fit for service because of their wounds. Disability, a little, maybe.

McVeigh was in the civilian system and, more importantly, he mounted no defense to speak of and waived his appeals. He’d be alive today in all likelihood had neither been the case.
No need to to use more resources than necessary. Just beat any flames out with his queeran.

My first night at Basic(1958), the DI said we would all shave at 0400 hours before morning muster. On smart ass with stubble told the DI he had no razor the comeback was “you can tweese it or swinge it off but it better be missing in the AM”. The grunt asked what was “swinge” and the reply was “ use your lighter!”

I’d think that a strong case of treason could be made against Hassan.
Fox news heated this up today with the documentary tonight regarding the shooting. It clearly shows a cover up by the Holder run IN-JUSTICE department. How this is not an act of terrorism should be made a major election issue.
This has been classified as work place violence.
We need a change in 2012 in the white House.
Very sad when our political correctness calls TERRORISM work place violence.
