This tiresome stuff does not change the reality that Obama will appoint a hard left court, Romney and a republican Senate are likely to appoint conservative Justices.
Whether or not Obama needs to be replaced is not even a serious question.
There is very little to be gained by convincing republicans to allow Barack Hussein Obama to be reelected, and a great deal of harm to be done.

Romney's own record disproves your assertion concerning whom he would appoint. In fact, his own record shows he too would appoint a hard left court and since the Senate, GOP or not, is only too happy to go along with whatever extremist left-wing nominee is put forth, Romney is just as bad news as Obama with regards to this responsibility of the POTUS.
