The judge who revoked George Zimmerman's bond did so after he determined that it was "apparent" that Zimmerman's wife had lied under oath, and clear that Zimmerman "does not properly respect the law."
Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman's bond on June 1, but his written order was filed Monday. In it, Lester lays out his rationale.

Oh shut up, you turd. That "kid" who was 7-8" taller than Zimm and beat the crap out of him got what he deserved. Zimm DID go back to his car, but that wasn't enough for the "gangsta", who confronted him.
I lost respect for the law a long time ago, when I saw how unevenly it is applied.

Your analysis was great until you said reasonable doubt was a weapon for the prosecutor. It is in fact a sheild for the defendant. Zimmerman did hurt his credibility IF this is allowed in at his trial and IF he testifies.
Reasonable doubt is in favor of the defendant. The prosecution has the responsibility to prove beyond reasonable doubt.

I think that’s a very good point. That the money was already earmarked; a plausable explanation of why it didn’t occur to GZ to mentione it. I can’t say I wouldn’t have failed to mention it either.

I’d love to see the case in which the prosecutor is using reasonable doubt as a weapon. If the defendant is found guilty it must be beyond a reasonable doubt.
Ahem, that means the defendant would use the reasonable doubt to obtain a verdict of not guilty.
If you mean you would reasonably doubt the defendant’s version of events because he misrepresented something, then you would also need to look at the motives for him to be able to leave the area pending trial, since the vigilantes and “regulators” were offering rewards to kill him before the proof comes out in the trial.
I reasonably doubt the Prosecutor’s case.
He was advised to not go after the kid, right?

I think Zimmerman's attorney should ask for a change of venue.
There was no intent to cover it up. Shellie Zimmerman even offered to get her brother-in-law on the phone to confirm the amount. Neither the judge, nor the prosecution took her up on the offer.
You believe all this would still have happened if he had taken the advice to not pursue the kid?
