Zimmerman 'does not properly respect the law,' judge says in order revoking bond
Orlando Sentinal ^ | June 12, 2012 | Jeff Weiner

Posted on 06/12/2012 9:02:42 AM PDT by Aunt Polgara

The judge who revoked George Zimmerman's bond did so after he determined that it was "apparent" that Zimmerman's wife had lied under oath, and clear that Zimmerman "does not properly respect the law."

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman's bond on June 1, but his written order was filed Monday. In it, Lester lays out his rationale.

It’s a shame, then, that Trayvon didn’t just go home like he would have if he had been scared of Zimmerman.

Well, if you’d like, take every instance that I used the word kid, and substitute your word of choice.

“You’re saying the dispatcher did not advise him to stay in the car?”

No, the dispatcher did not. They said, “We don’t need you to do that,” i.e. follow Martin, or something to that effect. Which is not legally binding, and therefore not relevant to his guilt or innocence. More importantly, for all we know Zimmerman obeyed it. Can you say for certain he continued to follow Martin after the advisement? I’d like to see that evidence.

“First, what “kid” are you talking about?”

He’s talking about this little 17 year old baby boy!

“By federal law (10 U.S.C., 505), the minimum age for enlistment in the United States Military is 17 (with parental consent) and 18 (without parental consent). “

I feel the same about Costner. You should try pushing yourself away from Fox News and not waiting to be pulled, it’s healthier.

Just think if Trayvon had not gone to get tea and skittles, he would still be alive. Or maybe if Trayvon was not beating on George MMA style then Trayvon would still be alive.

Rule #17: NEVER Piss Off a judge !

Yeah, look at how many years Bill Clinton got when he pissed off U.S. District Judge Susan Webber Wright...

Oh, that's right - American Royalty is more equal than a peasant like George Zimmerman, who apparently didn't learn enough "respect" for the law from his father, the judge...

“Zimmerman was an utter fool to do this - he now has given the Prosecution the best weapon they could possibly have hoped for, ‘reasonable doubt’.”

It seems he got what he deserved in terms of his bond but there’s no way this is part of the trial.

It’s a wonder the kid didn’t use it on Zimmerman’s car

Do you know about when that list was put out? I’d like to view it.

I'm sure you know what list that is.

Didn’t the kid attack him when he was returning to his vehicle?

Yes -- you got it, finally.

Now which of these two things is against the law:

1] returning to his vehicle or

2] attacking the person returning to his vehicle.

Take all the time you need and think hard about it.

I agree, the transcript doesn’t account for what happened after the phone call was over.

“As far as I know, you’ve still never even presented a plausible scenario for how Trayvon knew Zimmerman had a gun, before bashing Zimmerman’s head on the concrete.”

One of the theories, backed by no evidence whatsoever, is that Martin attacked after Zimmerman brandished his gun.

“When you are in jail, and you know your phone calls are monitored, and you use code like “What should we do with the $100” ($100 = $100,000 - that’s one tough code, eh?)...”

Sure, if Capt. Zimmerman were a Secret Agent Man, like James Bond, working to save the USA from the USSR, he might have insisted on a better code that would have been more difficult to decipher.

However, there was no way that Zimmerman could have known that the Sanford PD would have the advanced CIA technology available to them needed to break that code.

Actually, it is quite scary that a small town PD would have the power, the technology, the array of Supercomputers and the wherewithal required to decipher a code that just a few years ago would have taken the CIA years to break.
