This might have been caused by a series medical problem. As far as that's concerned, FTA:
Studies suggest that about 8 percent of Americans will have a single seizure in their lifetimes. Often the cause is never known.
Those "abnormal electrical discharges" can be caused by a brain tumor, as with Teddy Kennedy and Robert Novak. Hence, I will withhold judgment until we know more.
In some cases, a partial complex seizure can leave a person able to perform simple, familiar activities but not more complex ones. The cause is abnormal electrical discharges occurring in one part of the brain but not others.
Patients may continue driving, just not very well, said Gregory L. Krauss, a neurologist and epilepsy specialist at Johns Hopkins University. They dont have normal awareness. They might be able to turn a bit but not do complex avoidance maneuvers.,p>
Such seizures can last for four or five minutes. Some also become generalized, affecting the entire brain and leading to unconsciousness. Even if that doesnt happen, people are generally confused for up to an hour afterward.
Is he still driving? Because where I live if you have a seizure while driving, your license is revoked for a certain period of time.
My current theory is that Bryson was drugged with the drug Scopolamine, or 'Devil's Breath', and abducted by a foreign enemy to extract (or plant) information and has no recollection of the abduction event. After researching Scopolamine, it's frightening how easy it might be for an enemy of the United States to get sensitive info from someone like Bryson, leaving no memory of it. After coming back to consciousness, with a zombie-like demeanor, crashing into cars on streets he does not remember driving on. An excerpt from a recent Reuters news story:
'Colorless, odorless and tasteless, scopolamine is slipped into drinks and sprinkled onto food. Victims become so docile that they have been known to help thieves rob their homes and empty their bank accounts. Women have been drugged repeatedly over days and gang-raped or rented out as prostitutes...'

First time I have ever heard of John Bryson, but I have heard of Harding’s Hoover, JFK’s Luther Hodges and Nixon’s Maurice Stans.
