Wolf Blitzer Fawns to Bill Clinton Over Chelsea: 'She Got the Best of Her Mom, the Best of Her Dad' Full Title
CNN was called the 'Clinton News Network' during the 90s for a reason. After letting Bill Clinton get away with his ridiculous excuse for supporting a temporary extension of the Bush tax cuts, Wolf Blitzer kissed up to the former president by fawning over his daughter Chelsea in the Thursday interview.
And Blitzer had a sugary introduction ready. "[W]hen we spoke about the President's daughter, Chelsea, his face lit up with pride," Blitzer cooed. [Video coming soon. Audio here.]
Are journalists supposed to sound like next-door neighbors marveling over how the kids on the block are all grown-up? "I have known her since she was 13 years old when you guys came to Washington," Blitzer told Clinton.
Speaking of Chelsea's recent presentation at a Vital Voices event, he gushed that "I looked at her and I saw in her eyes as I was watching her, she was very impressive. I saw the best of Bill Clinton and the best of Hillary Clinton in Chelsea Clinton."
Just this past Monday, The Situation Room had more soft coverage of Clinton as it played a lengthy four-minute clip of him speaking at a Democratic fund raiser from the previous night. Clinton took shots at the Republicans and CNN was simply content to echo his attacks without any scrutiny, chuckling that he "gets away with a lot" now that he is out of office.

Seriously, that is NOT much to brag about.
Surprising to me that Chels hasn’t gotten into an elected office.
I figured after the 2008 election, they would slot her into some safe seat in the House of Representatives.
Maybe with the backlash against Dems due to the Baraqqi Depression there’s no safe, easy seats left.....
In any event we can look forward to another five decades of @ss-kissing treatment for her from the MSM.

She did, she did, but from what I hear she actually got more than the best of both her parents. While liberal as hell, she actually comes across as a nice gracious person. Which is way better than mom & dad. Unless Web was a nice and gracious man.

Let me state the obvious. She has an unremarkable history. To put it plainly, she hasn’t done anything to be noticed for.

The spacecraft has apparently been taken over, "conquered" if you will, by a master race of giant space ants. It's difficult to tell from this vantage point whether they will consume the captive earth men or merely enslave them. One thing is for certain. There is no stopping them; the ants will soon be here. And I for one welcome our new insect overlords. I'd like to remind them that as a trusted TV personality, I could be helpful in rounding up others to toil in their underground sugar caves.
Saw part of the interview with Clinton and a couple of others recently. He does not look healthy. Plus, he does not seem to be nearly alert as he once was. Says he feels fine, but I have some serious doubts.
