Didn't see an actual thread we could use for a central point for election information today.
Lets do this Wisconsin!!!
Opps, Stewart Barney.
Word on the ground is not good. We are gonna lose this. Madison and Milwaukee are turning out numbers the state cannot overcome.
He’s fantastic, slapping down the ridiculous Juan Williams.
Maybe, but how many people will take up arms, particularly if there is still the fiction of free elections? Look at Hugo Chavez with all of his Chavistas for a model. What will beat him is cancer, not the ballot box.
Slight rearrangement ...
They really are going to cheat to try to win this damn thing.
Gee, that sounds bad. Have a source?
Sure about that?
That’s Stuart Varney, for those of you in Rio Linda ;-) LOL
It’s Varney FYI
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it will eat its fruit."
That was my fear today, I’m sure everyone’s fear around here. I never was comfortable with the “we have it in the bag” talk. I also sensed the libs were sandbagging the last few days they never were gonna let this one get away. Obama and Holder were behind this 100 percent
In the case of Chavez, it will be cancer that will lets just say, call the shots.
I still stand by what I say, this is why 2012 is so very important.
Lord, please confound the evil doers. expose them. hear our cries for justice today. give us an honest election. God’s speed Wisconsin, walker, kleefisch and senators.
Concern trolls are out!!!
Sounds like the usual democrap crime wave we get every election only this time, worse than ever. They know what’s at stake here. They are evil people.
We must win and win big.
PS...I just emailed my story of my dad voting for the first time since the 1960’s to Mark Belling (Mark Belling Late Afternoon Show in Milwaukee radio). Mark just read my email on the air at 4pm. Right after my email was read, Mark started interviewing Lt.Gov. Kleefisch.
I am thrilled he found my story of my dad’s voting to be important enough to read at the start of the 4pm hour. It was only a few minutes after I’d sent the email too.
Woo Hoo!
I voted in Pewaukee (Waukesha County) at about 11:30, the line for last names A-L was out the door, M-Z not so much. My daughter was voter 1405 (I think that’s what she said) so I was about 1430. She had to register so she got a ballot and was able to vote while I waited in line.
My DH was at City Hall in Brookfield today (the city that was not included in the prelim count offered up by Waukesha County last go ‘round). He said the parking for the polls overflowed into the grassy areas. He and my son are on their way to cast their votes now. That’s four from our house. GBSW!
What I seen at my voting place was a huge line of people registering to be a new voter.
I recognized one of the people and he was in a local union and struck up a conversation with him. Basically they are pinning their hopes on getting people that have either never voted before or have not registered to vote at their “new” place of occupancy. They are indeed working on getting out the vote. So it is vitally important to go vote for Walker/Kleefisch and Republican Senators. I have a sinking feeling this will be closer than I had hoped.
Please vote and encourage others to vote. The Rats are pulling out all the stops.
C'mon, man, we're dying to hear where you got this information; so far, only you appear to be privvy to it. Give us a source!
Sounds like a troll to me!!! I always get nervous when I check the bio on a so-called Freeper and there is zilch there for a background rap sheet. Just get out and vote for Scott Walker, period, The heck with these naysayers!!! They either are trolls or get frightened by what any fool says, as they eagerly accept as fact.
They wont release exit poll results from today until the polls close.
I just tuned in to Hard Boiled with Sissy Mathews and Fat Ed
Shultz. Sissy was bragging about early exit polls favoring
Barnett.
For example he said 52% favored Obama, 45% Favored Romney.
i.e More Rats are voting for Barnett. Could be bad news.
However, it is possible that voters are saying one thing
and doing another in the booth. Who wants to be caught talking to an exit poller (or one pretending to be) saying
you voted for Walker. I mean, with all the Union Thugs around.
God Bless Gov. Walker and the good people of WI. Folks living in WI, GET OUT and VOTE!
Good to know. A 119% turnout means something along at least 1 in 3 voters who attended today, have never voted before and are registering today. Bullcrap, I’ll eat my hat if that is true.
Well that is it, that is why I am not watching news shows right now until the polls close. Trying to stress people out. Plus also the voters in WI could very well be lying simply so as not to be lets just say “threatened”.
But I think its bullstuff. 119% just isnt doable.
Sure it is if you count about 30% of the RAT voters are
dead union thugs and bused in union thug voters from out
of state.
Let us know when you have a practical idea.
Chicago is a fantastic place even under the RAT Rule. It also is an economic powerhouse which enriches the whole region. Without it the state would be little short of one big farm.
But things are getting better when you consider that Chicago once was run by the Gamblers, Saloonkeepers and Brothel owners. Who knows maybe in another 100 yrs it will be controlled by the People.
LOL!!! I’m still laughing with tears running down my cheeks....Sad, but true!
What the heck does an Obama/Romney poll have to do with this recall race. Answer, absolutely nothing!!! That idiot Shultz is using a poll to try to make you believe that is the way the voting is going. Does not work on me!!! Consider the source, folks. Both Shultz and Matthews are trying to fool you. They will look like idiots and morons, when Walker wins handily this evening. Forget this blabber and get out and vote. Many trolls floating on Free Republic today. . Worse, many Freepers falling for their spin. Sad...that our side is so easy to lead into defeat.
Think what you want but by 10pm you will be drowning in a bottle of whiskey like me.
Yep. The money people have it at 92.8% Walker wins. And Walker's allies will do everything to get out the vote which includes saying there are record turnouts in Dem strongholds. They will keep saying it is close. It will encourage the apathetic supporters to get out and vote.
Walker wins tonite.
Good luck and Godspeed, Wisconsin!
Re: your post #8 from this morning about being nervous as hell.
“ME TOO!!!”
Good thing I haven’t had any caffeine today!
This is a nail biter!!!
Have you seen this, I love it! Only 4 minutes long and priceless!
Everyone please watch this!

Anyone here in the heart of Wisconsin? Who’s got the passion; The pro-Walker forces or the union thugs?
“Word on the ground is not good. We are gonna lose this. Madison and Milwaukee are turning out numbers the state cannot overcome.”
So what?
do you think that ALL democrat march in lockstep wit the unions?
Heck.. I’ve seen polls showing Walker picking up 39% of the vote from UNION households.
Members of private unions are taxpayers too..and i doubt they liked getting hosed by the public employee unions any more than any other privately employed taxpayer.
EVERY poll showed us ahead. All we have to do is get out our vote..and they lose.
CNN EXIT Poll
50% View BOTH Dems and Repubs Unfavorably
Young voters seem to NOT be turning out.
Over 65 is 23 % of the vote.
People are DISGUSTED with the state of politics in Wisconsin.
I’m not disputing a lot of new people are registering, but turnout is not double from 2004 or 2008, both of which were years that Democrats were extremely motivated. Heck, Obama in 2008 had an amazing technology infrastructure and grassroots effort that went all the way down to keeping tabs on all individuals, and managed “only” that turnout. A bunch of goons will not double his success. It’s just not going to be the case.
I’m not going to say that Walker has it in this bag, but I’ve never seen so many obviously silly rumors come out of both sides on an Election day.
I am hoping that is what it is. They vote for Walker in the booth and tell exit pollers ( or Union thugs pretending to be
Exit Pollers) something else to protect themselves from thugs
listening in on the interview.
It could also be that the exit polling data was taken around democrat heavy precints.
I am not yet going to “panic mode” seeing as how most CONSERVATIVE voters are just now getting off work and going to the polls!
If the young voters didn’t show up, then Walker will win it which I have believed from the beginning.
STD has come back on the thread. Looks like it is for real. See post #83 back on the thread and STD's posts prior ro that.
Problem for the Dems, however, is that the colleges have already graduated their classes and shut down for the summer. the out of state students are gone.
“It’s morning in Wisconsin.”
Bears repeating...
It’s morning in Wisconsin.
God Bless us with victory!
How much you wanna bet on that?
I know what you are saying. I just wanted to let folks know
what Sissy and Fat Ed are talking about. The point that Sissy
was trying to make is more RAT voters are showing up.
However, Sissy did not mention which part of the state these
exit polls were taken. It could have been in heavy RAT districts, and not the state as a whole.
How much you wanna bet on that?
Milwaukee Journal on Early Exits:
Preliminary exit polls Tuesday underscore just how sharply union issues are dividing voters in the Wisconsin recall fight.
There is little middle ground in how Tuesdays voters feel about Gov. Walkers handling of the collective bargaining issue.
About eight in ten voters either strongly approve or strongly disapprove of the way Walker has handled the issue, and they are roughly evenly divided between pro and con, according to exit polls.
Only two in ten voters expressed milder feelings, saying they somewhat approve or “somewhat” disapprove.
Not surprisingly, the issue represents a deep dividing line between voters backing Walker and those backing Tom Barrett.
Nine out of ten Walker voters approve of his handling of the issue.
Nine out of ten Barrett voters disapprove.
Almost eight in ten Walker voters have a negative view of government-employee unions.
Nine in ten Barrett voters have a positive view of government-employee unions.
Voters overall are fairly evenly divided over the collective bargaining issue and the governors handling of it, the exit polls shows.
These exit poll findings are preliminary and could change over the course of the evening as more data comes in based on interviews with people voting later in the day.
LoL, that would only make Chicago MORE powerful. It would still control the rump state and its own delegation.
The only way to defeat Chicago politicians is to be smarter than they and that is a long way in the future.
Per Drudge...exit polls Walker +5
