I don’t justify a single one of those practices, but there are an increasingly large number of straight people that do all of those things too. I have many friends in the medical field, and I’ve heard a number of stories, and they all involved males and females together, or “straight people” by themselves.

Sexual sin has a snowballing effect. Anything besides a man and woman, married, leads to a desensitizing of sexual purity. The sky’s the limit, or rather, the pit is bottomless. Sexual morality as a whole is declining, and while the homosexual agenda itself is terrible, if all homosexuality disappeared overnight, the majority (”whole”) of the world (or At least U.S.) would probably lie in sin. I am amazed and appalled by even sitcoms these days. We truly live in dark, dark times.

Most likely true. There’s always been a multi-pronged approach to liberalism. Still, when I see TV shows (rare, haven’t had TV in a many years) and magazines (at the store), I’m shocked that people fill their heads with some of that stuff. At least in this area, the magazines are covered with a piece of black plastic (Not raunchy magazines, but things like Cosmo, etc.). What’s funny is that the stores recognize that most people don’t want to see that (at least be seen seeing it, in public), so they cover them, and yet there’s enough of a demand that they still carry them.

He claims, "Homosexuals make up less than 2% of the American population..." I don't know. I have heard 10% (don't have a link). At any rate, it's amazing that such a small minority of our population can have such a large affect.

Here's why:

The first order of business is desensitization of the American public concerning gays and gay rights. To desensitize the public is to help it view homosexuality with indifference instead of with keen emotion. Ideally, we would have straights register differences in sexual preference the way they register different tastes for ice cream or sports games: she likes strawberry and I like vanilla; he follows baseball and I follow football. No big deal.

At least in the beginning, we are seeking public desensitization and nothing more. We do not need and cannot expect a full "appreciation" or "understanding" of homosexuality from the average American. You can forget about trying to persuade the masses that homosexuality is a good thing. But if only you can get them to think that it is just another thing, with a shrug of their shoulders, then your battle for legal and social rights is virtually won. And to get to shoulder-shrug stage, gays as a class must cease to appear mysterious, alien, loathsome and contrary. A large-scale media campaign will be required in order to change the image of gays in America.

There was a study posted here at FR I think about 4 months ago that reported that the LGBT population in the U.S. was about 3.5%. The study was done by a gay demographer from California, if I remember correctly. The 10% number is made up to make it seem like there are a lot more of them than there really are. the 10% number has always been a crock and yes it's from Kinsey who's report has been largely disregarded in psychiatric circles. The real number is more like 2-3 percent that practice homo sex. * 49.0% of homosexuals hold professional/managerial positions. 15.9% of the general population hold such positions (24). Where’s the job discrimination?

Sexual Orientation

• A phrase that has come up recently in this earth is “sexual orientation.” This is a phrase made up by homosexuals to try to make themselves look less filthy than they really are. The purpose of the phrase is to take the spotlight from what these perverts do, and put it on the notion that they are just poor, mistreated people, who simply are attracted to members of the same sex - as if they aren’t engaging in activity forbidden by God Almighty. “Sexual orientation,” as used today, has nothing to do with sexual activity (yeah, right), but only refers to who or what a particular person is attracted to. If you think that people of other “sexual orientations” are just fine, let’s see what other “sexual orientations” you would necessarily have to accept as wholesome and pure. If you’re not going to discriminate based on “sexual orientation”, then you must not discriminate against any of the following. Bestiality, pedophile, necrophilia., exhibitionism, fetishism, frotteurism, masochism, sadism, transvestitism, voyeurism. If you discriminate against any of these, you’re a hypocrite. These “sexual orientations” are generally known as “paraphilias”, and are mental disorders - just like homosexuality used to be (29).
