Polls show that Voter ID is supported by 80% of senior citizens. But just as in the case of Obamacare, AARP doesnt seem concerned about taking a position that is contrary to a majority of its members. They are spending your membership dues in an effort to defeat Voter ID. You can let AARP know how you feel about their decision by taking these three simple steps:

Of course, they do! They must obey their DemocRAT masters.
The droolers who run AARP are probably still cheating on their postage.
Siding with liberals OVER citizens has worked well for newspaper circulation - why wouldn’t it work equally well for the AARP?

AARP lost me when they supported Obamacare.
I have tried for over 2 years to get OFF their mailing lists.
Nothing seems to work.
It lost me when it chose to support HillaryCare. AARP has always been a Leftist's organization to be distrusted and avoided. If you are a Freeper and a member you are making a big mistake.
They also screwed up with opnely endorsing obamacare and then lying, saying they didn’t.
Thye must think their members are stupid
That is why I oppose AARP!
I can’t, I already quit AARP when they supported Obamacare. BTW, though, when I quit, I demanded my money back. Then when I got the three dollar check, I didn’t cash it. I’m sure this whole exercise cost them a lot more than three bucks.
Do what I did.
Every time they send you something with a prepaid envelope send it back with an insulting (non profane) message.
They stop after a while.
“Thye must think their members are stupid”
Apparently, they are stupid. Otherwise they would have members fleeing by the thousands.
AARP is another DNC front organization, like ACORN, NAACP, and MSNBC.
I spoke with a reformed liberal activist who said it is standard procedure for activists to start scanning obituaries 60 days before an election. They make note of the deaths, get the name and address of the deceased, then send someone to vote using that name and address. Since the deaths are so recent, the voter is still listed on the rolls and they cast a vote.
I kept sending their trash back and adding one or two additional items of junk mail. They FINALLY quit sending their propaganda. Our 25 yr old daughter just got a mailer from them.
Don’t Join in the first place. I never did and never will.
Now it is different.
I cut up their last mailing and stuffed it into the postage paid envelop and sent it back to them.
I have not heard boo from them since.
good point
AARP only lost 4 million over the obamacare lie
I think they have now over 36 million
One way they do this is to send people membership cards whether they want them or not
My husband quit, sent his card in
and after the subscritpion date passed AARP kept sending his letters begging for him to rejoin, which he never did
so htye sent him a memberhsip card anyway and voila they added a member
how many did they do that to?
Dropped AARP many years ago.

With that in mind you can see where they're headed with this.
Keep taking their junk mail...it costs them money. :)
Their letters should be CRAP.
AARP: A-holes Against Retired People.
1) They stridently promoted gun control, despite the heightened need for seniors to have access to firearms due to disparities in physical condition between the elderly and younger criminals.
2) They stridently promoted Obamacare, despite the presence of Death Panels and the lowered level of care that Obamacare will likely bring.
3) Now they stridently oppose Voter ID, despite the fact that voter fraud disenfranchises those elderly who follow the rules.
4) This one is coming. Guarenteed. They will stridently support the seizure of retirement funds by the government, to fund entitlement programs for younger citizens.
They are the absolute enemy of older Americans.

AARP sends me at least one membership card a month and I have never been a member. I don’t even open the envelope, just toss it in the trash.
Bad idea. Don’t put anything in the trash with your name and address that can be filled out and sent back.
I tear off my name and address every place I find it before it goes in the trash, no matter what it is.
A shredder comes in real handy.
One trash day we had a car stop and pick up our trash bag.
I couldn’t believe it.
Any and everything with a name and address that comes in here is shredded with a micro-cut type shredder. I will mix in old paper and newspaper (what little comes here) with it.
I also maintain a UPS Store box and use that address for most mail and package deliveries.

Seniors I hope are paying attention. In many cases, people in other age groups are just letting the government roll right over their rights.
Mark their mail 'Return To Sender' and drop in the nearest mailbox-it cost them money.
AARP is a RAT front group. They make tons of money off greedy geezers who think they are getting “discounts”.
Make sure the envelope weighs over an ounce so they’ll get charged for extra postage on that pre-paid envelope!
AARP is a branch of the DNC.
Print if off and sent it to them in their postage paid envelope.
Did you take that picture and if you did, where are they?
The AARP can use their walker and get lost!
I have tried for over 2 years to get OFF their mailing lists.

I started sending everything they sent me back to them in the prepaid envelopes they included. It cost them a little money and made me feel better. The other stuff they sent I put in an envelope and put the “to” and “from” as the AARP address - whether it got there or not, if it did it cost them money.
After about 3 months of that they dropped me. This AFTER I cut up our cards and sent them back with the request that they stop my membership. When they didn’t is when I started the mail campaign.
Stay on the list...when you get a postpaid return envelope or card, tape it around a brick and mail it back to them.
I just keep mailing their no postage envelopes back empty. It costs them around 50 cents to pick each one up from the post office.
“I have tried for over 2 years to get OFF their mailing lists.

I’ll tell you how I got rid of them. Every time I got their mail, I took a big sharpie marker and wrote “UP YOURS COMMIES!!” on the membership form and sent it back to them. It only took about four of those and they never bothered me again..... LOL!
Give it a try, what the heck.
