I won't speak for El Sordo but personally, no, I'm not a birther. I still believe that Obama was born in Hawaii and the Vattel "2 citizen parent" argument is a load of bunk that will never get support in any court. In short, I believe Obama is eligible to serve as President.
There is no doubt however that the Breitbart story changes things. I'm not buying for a minute that this was some error made by the literary agents. I now believe there is controversy surrounding Obama's birth. (Does this make me a partial birther? Perhaps.) Turns out Obama isn't afraid people would find out he wasn't born in Hawaii. He's afraid people will find out he used to lie about being born in Kenya.

Obama was born in Hawaii and the 2-parent argument still has no legal basis regardless of how appealing it might be.
I have changed my opinion on Obama having ever claimed to be born in Kenya (or at the least having encouraged the idea) because an actual piece of evidence has been produced that he has plausibly done this.
Actual evidence that the claim had to have come have come from BHO or at least been known to him. Not conjecture, or implausible speculation, or wild assumptions that require ever expanding conspiracies.
This might have actually gone somewhere if Birthers hadn’t so thoroughly and completely poisoned the well with their stupidity.
