Filings raise more questions on Warren’s ethnic claims

US Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren has said she was unaware that Harvard Law School had been promoting her purported Native American heritage until she read about it in a newspaper several weeks ago. But for at least six straight years during Warren’s tenure, Harvard University reported in federally mandated diversity statistics that it had a Native American woman in its senior ranks at the law school. According to both Harvard officials and federal guidelines, those statistics are almost always based on the way employees describe themselves.

In addition, both Harvard’s guidelines and federal regulations for the statistics lay out a specific definition of Native American that Warren does not meet.

The documents suggest for the first time that either Warren or a Harvard administrator classified her repeatedly as Native American in papers prepared for the government in a way that apparently did not adhere to federal diversity guidelines. They raise further questions about Warren’s statements that she was unaware Harvard was promoting her as Native American.

The Warren campaign declined Thursday to answer the Globe’s specific questions about the documents. In a statement, Warren’s spokeswoman, Alethea Harney, said that “over the past month Elizabeth has answered countless questions openly while the people who recruited her have made it clear it was because of her extraordinary skill as a teacher and a groundbreaking scholar.’’

In recent weeks, Warren has repeatedly said that her race was not a factor in her hiring at Harvard or elsewhere, a point that several colleagues and supervisors at the schools have publicly supported. There is nothing in the federally required documents that contradicts those statements.

Lies compounded often escalate to the unmanageable. Especially, when there isn’t a hint of truth in any of it.

Is this for real, or the Globe’s pro forma due diligence, on page 12 of Arts & Leisure?

The bad news here is that she’s up several points in a new poll, now tied with Brown, after spending $2 million on TV ads.

This whole controversy made me think of something from my childhood. My mom blirted out to me one time after I had completely exhasberated her: YOU ARE AN SOB. I calmly looked at her and said, mom, think about what you just said!

She looked and laughed and we stopped arguing at that point.

I don’t think she would have called me the son of an indian though. My paisano dad would have hit the roof.

This is real and on the front page though on Friday before Memorial Day. The bad news is that the Globe is essentially done with this story and will never write about again until after the election. Brown will have a tough time since the welfare voters will come out in droves to pull the lever for Obama and maybe for Warren as well. Martha Coakley couldn’t get the project dwellers to the polls which sunk her chances.

The Friday before Memorial Day. I should have figured. At least it’s on the front page.

Warren deliberately said she was Native American on some form and persisted in this lie. The nitwits at Harvard accepted this lie least they offend a minority. Warren either knew about this fraud or is as dumb as a box of rocks. In either case she should not be running for US Senate.

Wonder what kind of Federal Cash Brownie Points an institution earns for having a diverse “diversity census report”?

And what Federal penalties would have befallen us had any of us peons and peasants been caught fraudulently diversifying our “diversity census report”? And that certainly the Ivy League Royalty can expect exemption from.

Harvard will just blame Warren for lying on her application. I expect all the documents will be released about 1 month after the election. That is their M.O.

Whodathunk that a lie like that might become part of the official records? I think libs actually believe that lies and other malfeasance have a shelf life of a few hours and then it's supposed to be like it never happened.

My guess is that she will now start with the Hillary/Bill Clinton excuses when asked about assertions she lied.

The standard mantra will be, “I don’t believe that the assertion can be proven.” or “I don’t recall.” or “I have no recollection of knowing that” ad nauseum.

Massachussetts! Throw this b!tch back to the liberal sewer from whence she came.

One problem with this Globe story is it CLAIMS to be a scoop, never before published etc., while Breitbart had it up 2 weeks ago. Here is the story:

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2012/05/25/Boston-Globe-Takes-Credit-for-Breitbart-Scoop

I went to Globe site to protest, but one has to subscribe and pay money to talk at them. No way.

Another “story” is no matter how shabby this woman’s character is proven, she is still UP in the polls. How do we combat this??
