State of Arizona Presidential Preference Election Candidate Nomination Paper, which says:
“I am a natural born citizen of the United States... I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that all the information in this Nomination Paper is true, that as to these and all other qualifications, I am qualified to hold the office that I seek, having fulfilled the United States constitutional requirements for holding said office.”
Without a certified copy how can Bennett verify the candidate’s identity, citizenship, and eligibility, as entered on the Nomination Paper?
“Verification” is a joke. Bennett would have to provide information and get a yeah or nay.
Hawaii provides requested info or Obama is off the ballot.
Bennett needs to do his job or be removed from office for nonfeasance.

Why is Bennett bending over backwards to get Obama on the ballot? His job is to verify information provided, not locate the info. Candidates can provide the info or not. No info, no ballot.
I wondered how long it would take for him to cave. I can’t say too much as our Sec State here in GA and the judge who heard the eligibility case both caved even after Obooboo’s attorney dissed them by not even showing up for the trial. There is not one state that will keep this usurper off the ballot. We just have to vote him out and hope to deal with him later.

It looks to me that Obama senior did not know his “wife”, Stanley Ann Dunham, very well.

I’m not by any stretch a birther, but I REALLY don’t understand how Obama can get on the ballot with less ID than I needed to get a driver’s license in Arizona...or how Hawaii could complain about it.
There is no way in hell that Hawaii’s laws prevent someone in Hawaii from emailing the AZ SecState and saying, “I verify the birth certificate President Obama has shown in public is accurate and true.”
At this point, the only reason I can see is that Hawaii knows more than they are willing to admit in public...

The Muckrakers are a bunch of liars. He is still saying this is a reasonable measure. He said that they changed the wording after speaking with the HI AG and Hawaii will CONSIDER verifying. His other comments were pretty much based on the assumption that HI would verify whatever it is that they’re being asked to verify.
I have a feeling that Mike Zullo and the MCSO’s deputy were at the HDOH just to give a visual reminder that whatever they verify is fair game for Arpaio to prosecute if it’s fraudulent.
Those idiots doing the interview, though, should be in the hot spot. I would give a lot just to be able to dissect them the way they tried to dissect Bennett. First question: Did you watch the entire press conference by Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse? If they say no then the question is why not? And then what makes you think that you are qualified to even MENTION the eligibility issue when you are not even conversant in the language? You can’t do advanced algebra if you haven’t even mastered the basic fact of 1+1=2, and if you don’t even know the facts then you are less qualified to talk about this than a baby is to do brain surgery. I’d ask them whether their talk about the Tea Party not being who will get Bennett elected means that they believe Bennett should pander to the 99% who never bothered to e-mail Bennett (because they care so much about this issue..... yeah, right....) Their whole argument was about appearances. How dare you ask something that is not thought to be a valid question by people like us? I’d ask them about their arrogance, and whether they would want the 99% of the people to perform brain surgery on them, or whether they would rather have somebody who KNOWS the ins and outs of the brain.
This is why I can’t listen to the radio or watch TV most of the time. It physically hurts to have to hear stupidity like those 2 clowns pretending that they have any argument that wouldn’t be right at home in the kiddie pool. What they were saying was sheer Alinsky.

Everyone is looking for who got to him too far from home. McCain said that Obama will be on the ballot...so my guess is that is who made the call.
Especially when all the media articles either say that Hawaii has ALREADY verified Obama’s brith facts repeatedly, or say that Hawaii actually even RELEASED the BC. If either of those were the case, then what’s their hangup right now? If Fukino really and truly VERIFIED that Obama was born in Hawaii, as everybody claims she did through her statement, then why would she balk at doing for somebody authorized to receive it (such as Ken Bennett) after having put out for everybody in the world. It’s like a whore being too “pure” to consummate her own marriage on her wedding night.
Everybody really should read the HHS IG’s report on birth certificate fraud. It strongly recommends that states require more than one form of proof for determining eligibility for things, especially when much is at stake. And it recommends that if there are ANY signs of possible tampering with a vital record, ALL the vital records and citizenship documents be audited. The same questions come up when you realize that the HDOH refuses to let Duncan Sunahara see either the original or a photocopy of his deceased sister’s birth certificate. What legitimate reason would there be for refusing to let him see his own deceased sister’s record?
But then, the same thing was going on back in August-October of 2009 - when it took us 3 months to get Fukino to post on her website the HDOH Administrative Rules WHICH ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE POSTED THERE AT ALL TIMES.
I could go on and on for a long time but I think you get the picture. I could also get very, very specific on the ways the HDOH has broken laws - for instance, altering Virignia Sunahara’s birth record in the database so that it was under somebody else’s name and no record showed up for her when somebody queried the database for her name. Or altering the 1960-64 birth index to include legally non-valid BC’s...

Why bother trying if you won’t even TRY? Yes, the rest should step up - there should be requirements in place even - but since there are not, these guys need to recognize the problem and step up.
I suspect the issue is that all candidates get on the ballot that way. And that Hawaii is not happy about one of their "native sons" being questioned when those born in other states are not. Especially since Hawaii already made a statement about this.

I don't expect any cooperation of any value coming from Hawaii based upon hearing this. About all we can hope for is that they have better information about who is making the threat deliveries. Perhaps this was actually the goal.

I found the details above suspicious for the following reasons:
1. Aug. 4, 1961: Obama's supposedly birth date at Kapiolani hospital was only 5 days BEFORE Obama senior's "Aug. 9, 1961 Date authorized stay expires".
2. Coincidence or not? I let you be the judge. To me, it looks awfully suspicious.
3. Aug. 31, 1961: Obama signs extension, but he leaves a BLANK space for "If married, Give name and address of children", even though Obama II was born ONLY 27 days BEFORE Obama senior filled out the extension form. I find that strange, that is, I find it strange that Obama senior did not list his son who was born ONLY 27 days BEFORE Obama senior filled out the extension.
4. Home address is different from the address listed on Obama's LONG FORM CERTIFICATE, even though the extension was filled out by Obama senior only 27 days AFTER Obama II was supposedly born at Kapiolani hospital on Aug. 4, 1961.
5. Address on extension form is 1482 Alencastre St., Honolulu, while the address on the long form birth certificate is different.(I don't have the address on the long form birth certificate before me right now, but most of you know what it is.)
6. (1) No children listed and (2)home address is different from what is on the long form birth certificate just 27 days AFTER Obama II was supposedly born at Kapiolani: Those are the two items that I found most suspicious.
7. Obama's parents NOT living together? Because the address on the extension form is different from the address on the long form birth certificate---even though Obama's birth occurred only 27 days BEFORE Obama senior filled out the extension form---it looks to me that Obama's father and mother were NOT living together when Obama II was supposedly born on Aug. 4, 1961 at Kapiolani Hospital.
