PHOENIX -- The state of Hawaii has responded to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request for proof that President Barack Obama was in fact born in the Aloha State.
Bad headline , nothing story.

The Hawaii attorney general’s office has reportedly told Bennett that there are steps he needs to take in order to confirm President Obama’s birth records.
Those steps include Bennett proving that he legitimately needs confirmation in order to update the records at his office. (they are refusing)
Bennett recently said in an interview with KFYI that he had asked Hawaii to further verify the President’s birth.
Bennett said he would consider removing President Obama’s name from the ballot during this year’s presidential election if Hawaii didn’t fulfill his request.
Bennett stated that he is not a “birther,” and believes that President Obama was born in the United States.
He went on to explain that he had received about 1,200 emails from Arizona voters who are concerned about President Obama’s birth records, and felt it was his duty to follow up.
President Obama released his birth certificate last year after some people questioned whether he was actually born in Hawaii.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been investigating the President’s birth certificate since last August. Arpaio has said that his investigation is still ongoing.
The Attorney General of Hawaii wants the SOS of AZ to prove he needs the information about Obama.
Seems like they just don’t want to commit that Obama was born in Hawaii. I wonder why.
If I were the SOS I would say that all candidates need to provide me with a BC so I can check all for qualifications.
Look at the “Birth Certificate” shown. It is a “Certificate of Live Birth”.....not a Birth Certificate.
Looks good . . . valid as the one Obama posted on line.
Only found one flaw, “birth” should be spelled “burth”.

Misleading headline. Hawaii did not respond. He’s running for president, and the democrats in Hawaii have the nerve to ask WHY it matters to the state if Obama’s most basic biographical info is valid.
I’ve never been a birther but boy there is something really creepy about Obama and his whole story.
Remember the tea party guy who ran for senate in Alaska, and even though he had a right to confidentiality the court just ordered all his private information released. And was it in California they did it to a candidate regarding his private divorce papers, to reveal sexual allegations against the ex wife?
But in this case, it’s such a big deal to actually show people the birth certificate??? A lousy birth certificate?
Then there is the little matter of Obama himself promoting books by saying he was “born in Kenya”.

That covers him for not having asked for Obama's in the last election and for not asking for other candidates of unquestioned qualifications for their bona fides...

It was in Illinois and Jack Ryan, Obamugabe’s opponent in the Senate race.
The court decree was sealed to protect the progeny from any anguish he might have over his parent’s deivorce. The Obamugabe Campaign Team (meaning the Chicago News Media) had that seal over ridden.
Hawaii will not send Arizona proof of his Hawaii birth because there is none. Telling Arizona they need to satisfy certain conditions first is a stall tactic until they figure out what to legally do. This should have been settled in Philadelphia Federal Court by R. Barclay Surrick, except he got cold feet.

That and misprision of treason, and arguably it's not just misprision, but treason itself.
A few years in jail for perjury is bad enough, but traitors are subject to hanging.
Good reason to be very careful about what one says or doesn't say.

What has to be making them nervous is that Bennett has set the default to “not allowed on the ballot” if this proof is not forthcoming.
They’ll try to stall this as long as possible so that this does not domino to other states.
The best they can hope for is that Az is the only state where he’s not allowed on the ballot.
Obama himself was the very first birther! Heh!

Remember Watergate. Well... the issue of whether a 'reporter' could be legally forced to reveal his source came up, and since revealing the source would incriminate the entire DNC, the reporters 'won'.
That is how the Ryan affair was done. Info fed to the media with a two-way guarantee of protection.
Something like: Please provide copies of documents and correspondence regarding the natural born status of the presidential candidate Barak Obama?
Something that if enough voters request it will put their feet to the fire a little?
Hawaii should just have said:
“Yes! We have no bananas,

They needed a President who would go along with the plans, and who could redirect all the attention to some other issue while the takeover of the government and resources of the United States is complete. They were going to use the 'female' card, but Sarah Palin messed that up as she would have scored those votes.
What could possibly divert our attention from an invasion?

Oh yes this is a very informative article. What you need to know is that by law there is no requirement that anybody check for a birth certificate and your President does not have to show his birth certificate to anybody this is going to the Supreme Court folks should these bananas stay on course

We have changed from a society were we did the right thing and avoided the wrong, without a law for every possibility.
Now, we are going to a society where we can do anything, as long as we make some law.

We all need to show our birth certificates, for example, my children needed the BC for 4-H, little league, school, sports, and etc,. What makes this dude better or exempt - nothing that I can see other than their is a higher level of need i.e., top secret plus and legal requirements for office. Imagine if Romney and Obama provided hard copies of their birth certificates. Obama’s being a printed copy from his fake PDF file with a fake embossed seal added.
The Michigan Department of Health would VERIFY Romney’s birth certificate.
I doubt Hawaii DOH would VERIFY Obama’s.

Hawaii's rules are irrelevant when it comes to official requests from other states.
Article VI Clause 2:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
Arizone has "full faith and credit" to ask for the public records of Hawaii.
Article IV Section 1:
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.
Unless Congress has acted to define how the records are shared, Arizona is entitled to access to Hawaii's public records so that Arizona can comply with its own state's election processes.
