Le Tourneau was a multi millionaire in the ‘60’s and he promised God that he would try to out give God. If something is not growing as it should, that's because there's something wrong with it or the conditions under which it is supposed to grow. There will always be a wide range of interest, ability, and performance in a population, so there will always be a wide range in "growth," even under less than optimum conditions.

But, Barry, you and your leftist jerks have been busily exacerbating less than optimum conditions into dramatically bad conditions. You really want to help those who have less than "enough"? Then get the hell out of our way and we'll make sure the economy is such that even those with the most meagre ability will be able to find something to do.
