Here's my personal viewpoint, having observed Hillary during Obama's term in office. She's worn out. She's been deep fried and frazzled by the high stakes, cut throat game she's played the last twenty years. And, those years haven't been kind to her. She's a lot older than her years.
She reached for the brass ring, and had every expectation of grasping it, but her party stabbed her in the back, and fell in with a new breed of even deadlier thugs and rogues. She and her cadre of typical liberal weasels didn't stand a chance against those Commies. She was put in her place, and told to like it or lump it. You think that didn't knock her down a peg or two? Hell, she crashed into the basement.
In the last couple of years, you can see that her demeanor has changed. At some point, she threw in the towel, and chose to simply let go. It's evident in all of the pictures you see of her now. Her guard is down. She's dressing like a bohemian from Malibu. She's even smiling a lot, and getting caught at boozy parties. She's done with the game, and it shows.
And if that's not enough, she's even said it on record. More than a couple of times.
I don't think Hillary would go for it again, even if the stars were aligned perfectly. She's done.
You are correct. And she deserves every wrinkle and all the discomfort she feels.
I think you’re right about all that—except for whether she’d do it again. Give her the right circumstance, give the GOPE lining up to pave the way for her too, and give Bill a chance at power again through her: she’d be right back in.
In fact, her having given up these last couple of years has been the best possible burnishing of her image, because she used to look like she wanted it too much. Not any more.
I think Obama and his Commie enablers have threatened Hillary and Bill with bad things for Chelsea. That would fit their M.O. And the Clintons have caved.
The bad news for Obama and his lot is that when the dam breaks, as it must, payback to him from the non Commie Dems will be his total demolition.
My main worry ids that the establishment Repubs are also controlled by some external force, and will still try to bury the scandal.
I agree. I saw a recent photo of her this evening. It’s written all over her face. Stick a fork in her, she’s done.
If some miracle happened where she’d be tapped as the nominee and she accepted, well, I be stunned....beeber stuned stunned.
