Hayak makes this quote in his book Road to Serfdom. It's interesting how the intellectuals watching Stalin and Hitler understood that there was no difference, but so many today can't figure it out. Once Totalitarianism is established, and the despots are in charge, it doesn't matter what you call it. They are all Nazis, along with all the thugs with a cause.
