What is a Natural Law citizen? A Natural Law citizen, a citizen that does not require ANY Positive Law to be a citizen. The time the above applies, is when a child is born in a country, to two citizen parents. Anyone who does not fall into that category, is not Constitutioeligibleggible to be President.
We have long argued that the meaning of "natural born citizen" used by our founders in Article II was based on Emerrich Vattel's "Law of Nations" (Droit des Gens) which was read by our founders for years prior to the Constitution and was also used as a reference in the Constitutional Convention. (And the ratifying debates among several states as well.)
If we are going to accept Vattel's definition regarding "natural born citizen" then we should also accept the rest of what he says about it.
It is my opinion that the children of those who serve in our Armed forces are "natural born citizens" regardless of where they are born. It is the Parent's citizenship which is the determining factor, not the ground upon which they stand.

It would not surprise me if Obama lied about being born in Kenya to present himself as special or unique. Otherwise he was just an ordinary American born to a white woman, abandoned by his black father, raised by his white grandparents, and sent to a prestigous private school. What’s special about that?
He was clearly ashamed of his white family and had abandonment issues with his father. It’s not unusual for abandoned children to seek some way to identify/connect with their missing parents. Daddy went to Harvard. So Obama went to Harvard. Daddy was from Kenya. So Obama wanted to be from Kenya.
Being special/different opened doors for him until his political aspirations threatened to close those doors. So he discarded the old narrative and disassociated himself with those who had helped him create it. Then he set about creating a new narrative - one that fit his presidential aspirations - and associated himself with those who could best help him achieve his goal.

My wife's first job was to do publicity for McGraw Hill. I know how this works. Where would a publicist ever come to think he was born in Kenya? And even if some publicist DID do this, does anyone really think that Obama wasn't given a review copy of whatever release and/or promotional material that might be used on his behalf?

So, they let the original run for 10 years or so with a “fact checking error” in it and then discovered there was an error and only changed “raised in chicago” but left the born in Kenya.
